Claims (11)
- 1. The hot air distributor for the spray drying tower with the plurality of spray guns as claimed in claim 1, wherein the L-shaped diversion air duct (1) sequentially comprises a rectifying device (1 a), a horizontal straight section (1 b), a bending section provided with a diversion baffle plate (1 c), a shrinkage rectifying cone section (1 d) and a lower straight section (1 e) along the air flow direction.

The hot air distributor for the multi-spray gun spray drying tower according to claim 1, wherein the spray gun air distributing barrel (5) is of a double-layer cone-shaped structure, a first air guiding cone welding piece (5 e) and a second air guiding cone welding piece (5 f) which are coaxially nested are arranged in the spray gun air distributing barrel, and the space in the barrel is divided into an air distributing barrel first flow passage (5 h) and an air distributing barrel second flow passage (5 i).

Background The spray drying tower is used in drying material in biological pesticide, medicine, food microbe and other fields and has the operation principle of dispersing material liquid into fog drops via atomizer and contacting with hot air or other hot medium gas to obtain granular product. The distribution of the flow field and the uniformity of the air flow in the drying tower have important influence on the drying effect of materials, which is a common problem facing the drying industry for a long time. For high throughput pressurized spray drying towers, limited by the upper flow limit of single-rod spray guns, it is often desirable to use multiple-rod spray guns operating in parallel to increase throughput. The distribution state of hot air at the spray nozzle of each spray gun directly influences the drying efficiency, the product granularity and the water content of the material fog corresponding to the spray gun. To ensure consistency of the quality of the product produced by each spray gun, it is necessary to ensure a high consistency of the hot air distribution at each spray gun. At present, aiming at the hot air distribution of a spray drying tower with multiple spray guns, two structural types of porous plates and air distributing cylinders are mainly adopted, but the two structural types have respective limitations: 1. Also, the bottom lacks cooling protection, and there is a risk of sticking to the walls.
