Abstract

The invention has reasonable structural design, realizes high-efficiency solid-liquid separation through the inclined screen, combines multi-stage filtration to improve the purity of liquid, and meanwhile, utilizes the poking plate to forcedly discharge materials to avoid blockage, and has the advantages of high separation efficiency, stable operation, low secondary pollution risk and the like.

- 1. The solid-liquid separation and guide-discharge device for the anaerobic digestion sludge is characterized by comprising a separation box (1), a liquid treatment box (2) and a solid treatment box (3), wherein a feed port (1-1) for receiving the anaerobic digestion sludge is formed in the top end of the separation box (1), a solid outlet (1-3) and a liquid outlet (1-2) are respectively formed in the bottom end of the separation box (1), a solid-liquid separation screen (7) is obliquely arranged in the separation box (1), the solid outlet (1-3) and the liquid outlet (1-2) are respectively formed in two sides of the solid-liquid separation screen (7), the solid outlet (1-3) is communicated with the solid treatment box (3) through a solid conveying pipe (4), and the liquid outlet (1-2) is communicated with the liquid treatment box (2) through a liquid conveying pipe (5); the device comprises a liquid treatment box (2), a filtering mechanism (10) for filtering liquid substances is arranged in the liquid treatment box (2), a discharging mechanism (8) for assisting in discharging the solid substances is arranged on the solid treatment box (3), the discharging mechanism (8) comprises a driving device (8-1) arranged on the outer side of the solid treatment box (3) and a rotating shaft (8-2) horizontally fixed in the solid treatment box (3), the rotating shaft (8-2) and the driving device (8-1) form transmission connection, and a plurality of stirring plates (8-3) are fixed on the rotating shaft (8-2).

The solid-liquid separation and guide device for anaerobic digestion sludge discharge according to claim 1, wherein the filtering mechanism (10) comprises a coarse filter screen (10-1), a fine filter screen (10-2) and an activated carbon filter screen (10-3) which are arranged at intervals from top to bottom and have sequentially decreasing filter screen apertures, wherein the aperture of the coarse filter screen (10-1) is 0.5-2.0 mm, and the aperture of the fine filter screen (10-2) is 0.1-0.5 mm.
- 4. The solid-liquid separation and guide device for anaerobic digestion sludge discharge according to claim 1, wherein a flushing device (11) for cleaning the toggle plate (8-3) is further arranged in the solid treatment box (3).
- 5. The solid-liquid separation and guide device for anaerobic digestion sludge discharge according to claim 4, wherein a water pump (9) for driving a flushing device (11) is arranged outside the solid treatment tank (3).
- 6. The solid-liquid separation and guide device for anaerobic digestion sludge discharge according to claim 1, wherein the stirring plates (8-3) are spirally and circumferentially distributed on the rotating shaft (8-2).
- 7. The solid-liquid separation and guide device for anaerobic digestion sludge according to claim 1, wherein a distributor for uniformly dispersing the anaerobic digestion sludge onto a solid-liquid separation screen (7) is arranged at the feed inlet (1-1).

The solid-liquid separation and guide device for anaerobic digestion mud discharge according to claim 1, wherein a vibrator is further fixed on the inner side wall of the separation box (1), and the vibrator is in transmission connection with a solid-liquid separation screen (7) to prevent the screen from being blocked.
- 9. The solid-liquid separation and guide device for anaerobic digestion sludge discharge according to claim 1, wherein an included angle between the solid-liquid separation screen (7) and a horizontal plane is set to be 15-45 degrees.

A method for separating solid-liquid separation and drainage device by using the anaerobic digestion sludge according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following specific steps: S1, conveying anaerobic digestion sludge to be treated into a separation box (1) through a feed inlet (1-1), and carrying out gravity separation on the sludge on a solid-liquid separation screen (7) which is obliquely arranged; S2, enabling liquid substances carried in the discharged mud to pass through a solid-liquid separation screen (7) under the action of gravity, converging into a liquid outlet (1-2) and entering a liquid treatment box (2) through a liquid conveying pipe (5), enabling the liquid entering the liquid treatment box (2) to flow through a filtering mechanism (10), and removing suspended matters and impurities through multistage filtration to obtain a purified liquid product; S3, solid matters trapped above the solid-liquid separation screen (7) in the discharged mud slide down to a solid outlet (1-3) along the inclined plane of the screen under the action of gravity and enter a solid treatment box (3) through a solid conveying pipe (4); S4, starting the driving device (8-1), driving the rotating shaft (8-2) and the stirring plate (8-3) to rotate by the driving device (8-1), stirring and pushing the solid matters entering the solid treatment box (3), and assisting the solid matters to be discharged from the solid treatment box (3).

Background Anaerobic digestion technology is an efficient and sustainable organic waste treatment method and plays an important role in the fields of environmental protection and waste treatment. The technology decomposes organic substances through the metabolism of microorganisms under the anaerobic condition, and is widely applied to various aspects such as sewage treatment plants, agricultural waste treatment, urban organic garbage treatment and the like. The anaerobic digestion process can not only effectively degrade organic pollutants, but also generate biogas (mainly methane and carbon dioxide) as renewable energy sources, and simultaneously generate stable digestion residues, namely anaerobic digestion mud.
