Abstract

Claims (8)
- 1. A purification method for gasified liquid sulfur dioxide is characterized in that gas to be purified is firstly introduced into water for washing and impurity removal, and then concentrated sulfuric acid is introduced into the water for removing water, so that purified sulfur dioxide gas is obtained.
- 2. A purification device for gasified liquid sulfur dioxide is characterized by comprising a first chamber (11) and a second chamber (12), wherein water and concentrated sulfuric acid are respectively contained in the first chamber (11) and the second chamber (12), a water injection pipe (113) communicated with a water source is communicated above the water surface in the first chamber (11), a gas conveying pipe (111) to be treated is communicated below the water surface in the first chamber (11), a liquid discharge pipe (114) is arranged at the bottom of the first chamber (11), an air inlet (41) of an air pipe (40) is communicated with the top of the first chamber (11), an air outlet (42) is immersed below the acid liquid level of the second chamber (12), an air exhaust pipe (122) is communicated with the top of the second chamber (12), a liquid outlet pipe (124) is arranged at the bottom of the second chamber (12), and an acid injection pipe (123) communicated with a concentrated sulfuric acid source is communicated above the liquid level in the second chamber (12).
- 3. The purification device after gasification of liquid sulfur dioxide according to claim 2, wherein the first chamber (11) and the second chamber (12) are left and right chambers separated by a partition board (20) arranged on the tank body (10).
- 4. The device for purifying gasified liquid sulfur dioxide according to claim 2, wherein the liquid baffle (30) arranged in the first chamber (11) and the second chamber (12) is positioned above the liquid surface and below the nozzles of the air inlet (41) and the exhaust pipe (122).
- 5. The device for purifying gasified liquid sulfur dioxide as claimed in claim 4, wherein the horizontally arranged liquid baffle (30) is uniformly provided with through holes.
- 6. The purification device after gasification of liquid sulfur dioxide according to claim 2, wherein the gas outlet (42) is formed by a through hole arranged on the pipe wall of the lower section of the vent pipe (40) immersed below the acid liquid level of the second chamber (12), and the gas delivery pipe (111) to be treated is arranged on the pipe section below the water surface in the first chamber (11) for discharging gas.

The purification device after gasification of liquid sulfur dioxide according to claim 2, wherein the side walls of the first chamber (11) and the second chamber (12) are respectively provided with an overflow port (50), and the height of the overflow port (50) is lower than the pipe orifice position of the water injection pipe (113)/the acid injection pipe (123).

The purification device after gasification of liquid sulfur dioxide according to claim 2, wherein the gas delivery pipe (111), the water injection pipe (113), the liquid discharge pipe (114), the vent pipe (40), the exhaust pipe (122), the acid injection pipe (123) and the liquid discharge pipe (124) are respectively provided with isolation valves.

Purification method and purification device for gasified liquid sulfur dioxide Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of industrial gas purification, in particular to a purification method and a purification device for gasified liquid sulfur dioxide. Background Sulfur dioxide is an important chemical raw material and is widely applied to the fields of refrigeration, pesticides, papermaking, fine chemical industry and the like. Commercially available sulfur dioxide is usually stored in a steel cylinder in liquid form and is gasified to gas by a gasifier for use. However, even in the case of liquid sulfur dioxide having a purity of up to 99.99%, trace amounts of impurities such as metal dust, organic impurity particles, and gaseous moisture may be generated during long-term storage and transportation due to corrosion of the inner wall of the container, precipitation of sealing materials, or accumulation of trace amounts of moisture. These impurities, after gasification, enter downstream processes with the gas, can cause a series of problems such as catalyst poisoning, product purity degradation, equipment corrosion, or pipe plugging. The gas purification scheme in the prior art is mostly a general purification tower aiming at crude gas or tail gas, has a complex structure and a huge volume, and is not suitable for directly connecting to a gasifier outlet to purify high-purity gas. Therefore, there is a need for a sulfur dioxide purification device that is compact, highly efficient and specific to high purity sulfur dioxide. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a purification method for gasified liquid sulfur dioxide, which has the advantages of simple process, good purification effect and high efficiency. In order to achieve the purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the purification method for gasified liquid sulfur dioxide is that gas to be purified after gasified liquid sulfur dioxide is firstly introduced into water for washing and impurity removal, and then concentrated sulfuric acid is introduced for removing water, so that purified sulfur dioxide gas is obtained. The invention further aims to provide an integrated, miniaturized, safe and efficient purification device for gasified liquid sulfur dioxide, so as to overcome the defect of the traditional multi-equipment serial purification process. The purification device comprises a first chamber and a second chamber, wherein water and concentrated sulfuric acid are respectively contained in the first chamber and the second chamber, a water injection pipe communicated with a water source is communicated above the water surface in the first chamber, a gas conveying pipe to be treated is communicated below the water surface in the first chamber, a liquid discharge pipe is arranged at the bottom of the first chamber, an air inlet of the air pipe is communicated with the top of the first chamber, an air outlet of the air pipe is immersed below the liquid level of acid in the second chamber, an air exhaust pipe is communicated with the top of the second chamber, a liquid outlet pipe is arranged at the bottom of the second chamber, and an acid injection pipe communicated with a concentrated sulfuric acid source is communicated above the liquid level in the second chamber. According to the scheme, the two chambers respectively form the first-stage purifying chamber and the second-stage purifying chamber of the sulfur dioxide gas to be treated, water is filled in the first-stage purifying chamber to serve as a washing medium for removing solid particles in the gas, concentrated sulfuric acid is filled in the second-stage purifying chamber to serve as a drying medium for deeply removing water in the gas, and the device is simple in structure and high in purifying efficiency.
