Description

System and method for recipe information generation The application is a divisional application of application number 201780081836.0, the application of which is the application of which the application date is 2017, 12, 28 and the application name is "system and method for generating recipe information". Priority The present application claims the benefit and priority of U.S. provisional application No. 62/440,454 entitled "SYSTEM AND Methods For Formulation Information Generation" filed 12/30 a 2016, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. Technical Field The technical field relates generally to chemical formulations and, more particularly, to processor-implemented systems and methods for formulation information generation. Background Paint formulations are a complex process that generally requires a lengthy period of time to train people to understand and utilize all of the different types of formulation components. For example, training new coaters to apply and use products is often time consuming before reaching a satisfactory level of product knowledge and product processing capacity. Even after training, the painter may forget most of the knowledge that the painter learned at an early stage of product training and may become frustrated by all of the different formulations therein when attempting to determine the appropriate product information. Before such a level of expertise is reached, there is often an expensive excessive material consumption, job failure due to operator error, etc. This results in high levels of resources being consumed by the painter before an acceptable level of capacity is reached. Disclosure of Invention In accordance with the teachings provided herein, systems, methods, apparatuses, and non-transitory computer readable media operating on a data processing device for automatically generating product mixing and coating information are provided. For example, the systems and methods include a display for depicting a plurality of indicators disposed on a chart and a sensor for sensing one of the indicators located within the chart. The processor-based system retrieves the mixing and coating information from the database based on the sensed indicators. The retrieved mixing and coating information is provided for mixing the chemical product components. Further, the sensed indicator and retrieved mixing and coating information may provide an inexperienced body shop painter who is unfamiliar with the paint components with enough information to properly mix the paint components in at least five minutes from sensing the indicator, wherein the body shop painter is inexperienced because the body shop paint tool has less than 8 hours of training in relation to the paint components. Sufficient information may include mixing ratio, activator selection, weight of the corresponding components depending on the size of the work piece, and recommended mixing amount of the backup material. The sensing of the indicator may automatically cause retrieval of paint mixing and coating information from the database and display of the retrieved paint mixing and coating information on the human-machine interface. The processor-based material management system may be coupled to the processor-based system through a data communication path. The retrieved paint mixing and application information is provided to a processor-based material management system to enable a body shop to monitor material consumption. Communicating the retrieved paint mixing and application information to the processor-based material management system reduces paint material consumption and waste. More than five hues may be associated as filler colors with indicators displayed on the chart. The indicators may be arranged in a tabular pattern within the chart, a circular pattern within the chart, etc. The chart may include a laminated wall chart or a chart on a touch screen, wherein the indicators include one or more of a symbol, a button, a bar code, an RFID tag, a computer interface click, and a Quick Response (QR) code disposed on the chart. The product mix and coat information includes paint mix and coat information, wherein the product mix information includes a paint mix type, wherein the paint mix type includes a metal mix, a plastic mix, or a standard mix, wherein the manufacturing factor includes a fast configuration, a medium configuration, or a slow configuration.
