  1. 1. A flow regulation type metering mixing system is characterized by comprising a medicament feeding mechanism, a homogenizing hopper, a homogenizing pipe, a medicament injection mixer, a water supply mechanism, a medicament injection pipe, a continuous mixer, a feed hopper, a spiral feeding mechanism, an air compression mechanism and a controller, wherein a discharge port of the medicament feeding mechanism is communicated with the homogenizing hopper, the air compression mechanism is communicated with a homogenizing head in the homogenizing hopper through a first air supply pipe, the homogenizing hopper is communicated with the medicament injection mixer through the homogenizing pipe, a water outlet of the water supply mechanism is communicated with the medicament injection mixer, one end of the medicament injection pipe is communicated with the medicament injection mixer, the other end of the medicament injection pipe is communicated with the continuous mixer, the lower end of the homogenizing pipe is communicated with a second air supply pipe of the air compression mechanism, the spiral feeding mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the feed hopper, a discharge port of the spiral feeding mechanism is communicated with a feed port of the continuous mixer, and a mixing assembly is rotationally arranged in the continuous mixer, and the controller is respectively communicated with the air compression mechanism and the spiral feeding mechanism.

The flow-regulated metering and mixing system of claim 1, wherein the outlet end of the medicament injection tube is positioned above the continuous mixer, the outlet end of the medicament injection tube is provided with air self-priming holes, the air self-priming holes are distributed obliquely, and the inlet of the air self-priming holes is lower than the outlet.

  7. 7. The flow regulated metering mixing system of claim 6, wherein the upper end of the homogenizing tube is provided with a first pneumatic valve, the first pneumatic valve being disposed between the first connector and the homogenizing bucket.

The flow regulated metering mixing system of claim 7, wherein the medicament feeding mechanism comprises a medicament bin and a medicament feeding screw, wherein a feed inlet of the medicament feeding screw is connected with a discharge outlet of the medicament bin, and a discharge outlet of the medicament feeding screw is connected with a homogenizing bucket.
  9. 9. The flow regulated metering mixing system of claim 8, wherein the water supply mechanism comprises a water tank, and wherein the water tank to medicament jet mixer conduit is provided with a second pneumatic valve, a water pump and a one-way valve in sequence.
  10. 10. The flow regulated metering mixing system of claim 1 wherein the mixing assembly is coupled to the first motor by a belt conveyor, the screw feed mechanism comprising a feed shaft and a screw blade secured to the feed shaft, the feed shaft coupled to the second motor.

Flow regulation and control type metering mixing system Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of solid waste treatment, in particular to a flow regulation and control type metering and mixing system.
