The vehicle frame paint spraying device according to claim 1, wherein one of the plurality of groups of spraying mechanisms is a middle spraying mechanism, the rest is a peripheral spraying mechanism, a plurality of paint spraying heads (24) are uniformly distributed on the spherical paint cover in a radial mode with annular spherical centers, the paint spraying heads (24) are in one-to-one correspondence with the air spraying components, the plurality of paint spraying heads (24) are uniformly distributed on the spherical paint cover in a radial mode with sector spherical centers, and the number of the paint spraying heads (24) is smaller than that of the air spraying components.
