At present, when the inner side wall of the old oil pipe is derusted, the method is generally divided into a mechanical cleaning method and a chemical cleaning method. The mechanical cleaning method is to brush the inner wall of the old oil pipe by using tools such as a steel brush, a nylon brush and the like or to clean the inner wall of the old oil pipe by sand blasting by using a sand blaster. However, this approach is often accompanied by high intensity noise during implementation, constituting a significant acoustic environmental pollution.
