- 1. A bending die device for machining a U-shaped forging piece is used for finishing right-angle shaping of a semi-finished forging piece of about 45 degrees and is characterized by comprising a base, two groups of rollers arranged on the base in a rotating mode through a pin shaft, an auxiliary pressing plate arranged on the rollers, a reset rod arranged on the base and positioned on the outer side of the rollers, a reset spring arranged between the reset rod and the rollers and a bent upper punching piece used for applying pressure to the semi-finished forging piece, wherein the rollers comprise roller main bodies connected with the base in a sliding mode and shaping pressing surfaces formed by extending obliquely upwards along the roller main bodies, the semi-finished forging piece is placed on the two groups of shaping pressing surfaces, the upper ends of the auxiliary pressing plates are abutted to the bottoms of the semi-finished forging piece, the lower ends of the auxiliary pressing plates are fixedly connected with the roller main bodies, limiting pins are arranged on the roller main bodies, and limiting parts matched with the limiting pins are arranged on the base.
- 2. The bending die device for machining a U-shaped forging according to claim 1, wherein two sets of rolling grooves are formed in the base, and the roller bodies are slidably disposed in the rolling grooves.
- 3. A bending die apparatus for U-shaped forging in accordance with claim 2 wherein said rolling groove is of circular arc-shaped groove configuration.
- 4. The bending die device for machining a U-shaped forging according to claim 1, wherein two groups of connecting lugs are arranged on the base, and the roller body is rotatably arranged on the connecting lugs through a pin shaft.
- 5. The bending die apparatus for U-shaped forging in accordance with claim 4, wherein said connecting lugs are integrally formed with said base.
- 6. The bending die apparatus for U-shaped forging processing as recited in claim 4, wherein the stopper portion includes a sliding slope provided on the connecting lug and a stopper boss provided on a front end of the sliding slope.
- 7. The bending die device for machining a U-shaped forging piece according to claim 1, wherein a first hook is arranged at the top end of the reset rod, a second hook is arranged on the outer end face of the shaping holding surface, and two ends of the reset spring are respectively arranged on the first hook and the second hook.
