The automatic press-fit testing mechanism for the pump stator and the pump rotor is characterized by comprising a frame, a material positioning module (1), a movable conveying module (2), a material taking and carrying module (3), a centering press-fit module (4) and a combined test module (5) which are arranged on the frame, wherein the material positioning module (1) is provided with a tool base for placing a pump body (11) and a rotor (13), the centering press-fit module (4) comprises a lower jacking unit (41) and an upper press-fit unit (42) which are coaxially aligned, and the lower jacking unit and the upper press-fit unit (42) are used for clamping and centering simultaneously from the upper end and the lower end of the pump body (11) so as to overcome offset caused by magnetic adsorption, and an elastic pressure head for adsorbing and pressing in a pump cover (12) is arranged at the tail end of the upper press-fit unit (42).

The automatic press-fit testing mechanism for the pump stator and rotor according to claim 1, wherein the combined testing module (5) comprises a detection unit (51), a rotation driving unit (52) for driving the rotor (13) to rotate and a torque sensor (53), and the detection unit (51) is provided with a probe for electrically connecting the pump body (11) and a voltage sensor electrically connected with the probe.

The automatic press-fit testing mechanism for the pump stator and rotor according to claim 2, wherein the detecting unit (51) comprises a liftable probe seat and at least two probes arranged on the liftable probe seat, the probe seat is driven by a cylinder or a servo motor to enable the probes to be in contact with testing contacts on the pump body (11) to form a current testing loop.

The automatic press-fit testing mechanism for the pump stator and the pump rotor according to claim 1, wherein the movable conveying module (2) has a reciprocating linear displacement function and is used for sequentially conveying and positioning the material positioning module (1) at a material taking position, a press-fit position and a testing position.

The automatic press-fit testing mechanism for the pump stator and rotor according to claim 1, wherein the material taking and carrying module (3) comprises a driving part and a clamping jaw arranged at the driving end of the driving part, and is used for grabbing and transferring the rotor (13).

A pump stator and rotor automatic press-fit test method employing the pump stator and rotor automatic press-fit test mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of: S1, respectively placing a pump body (11) and a rotor (13) on a tooling base of a material positioning module (1), and conveying the material positioning module (1) to a material taking position through a mobile conveying module (2); s2, in a material taking position, a material taking and carrying module (3) grabs a rotor (13), and a material positioning module (1) is conveyed to a press mounting position by a mobile conveying module (2); S3, in the press-fitting position, the material taking and carrying module (3) places the rotor (13) in the pump body (11), the lower jacking unit (41) and the upper press-fitting unit (42) of the middle press-fitting module (4) clamp the pump body (11) from the upper end and the lower end and perform centering correction, and an elastic pressure head at the tail end of the upper press-fitting unit (42) presses the pump cover (12) on the pump body (11); s4, the movable conveying module (2) conveys the pressed components to a test position along with the material positioning module (1); S5, at a test position, controlling the combined test module (5) to form a current test loop, driving the rotor (13) to rotate, detecting the rotation torque through the torque sensor (53) to judge whether clamping stagnation exists, and detecting the reverse electromotive force through the voltage sensor to evaluate the assembly quality.

Background In the manufacturing process of precise fluid machines such as micropumps, hydraulic pumps and the like, the assembly precision and performance consistency of stator and rotor assemblies directly influence the final quality and reliability of products. At present, manual or semi-automatic modes are generally adopted in the industry for rotor press mounting and testing, and the problems of low centering accuracy, insufficient assembly efficiency, easy position deviation caused by magnetic interference, difficulty in realizing online performance detection and the like exist.
