Abstract

  1. 1. The profile polishing device for the elongated tube is characterized by comprising a supporting component, a pressing component and profile polishing heads, wherein the supporting component comprises a plurality of supporting wheel groups which are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the elongated tube, each supporting wheel group comprises two supporting wheels with the axis parallel to the axis of the elongated tube, the two supporting wheels are arranged side by side and roll to support the elongated tube, the pressing component comprises a plurality of pressing wheels which are in one-to-one correspondence with the supporting wheel groups and can be pressed above the supporting wheel groups in a movable switching mode, the supporting wheels and the pressing wheels are arranged in a staggered mode up and down, the elongated tube is driven to rotate around the center line of the supporting wheels in a rotating mode through the cooperation of the supporting wheels and the pressing wheels, a section to be polished and a positioning section are formed on the elongated tube in a switching mode based on the position of the pressing wheels, the profile polishing heads are two in a rotating mode opposite to the rotating mode, the two profile polishing heads form polishing strokes which extend from two ends of the elongated tube to the middle portion of the elongated tube and coincide with the middle portion of the elongated tube, the two profile polishing heads form polishing strokes which are smaller than the length of the section to be polished, the two profile polishing heads are limited in the end portions, and the other profile polishing heads are sequentially polished along the polishing heads.

An elongated tube profile grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein when a restriction is made to a locating section end, the corresponding profile grinding head contacts the circumference of the locating section end and creates an axial restriction using friction between the roughened surface and the elongated tube.
  3. 3. An elongated tube profile grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein upon limiting the end of a locating section, the corresponding profile grinding head contacts the end face of the locating section to form an axial limit.

The elongated tube profile grinding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the elongated tube is aligned with a center of the overlapping portion of the segment to be ground, a support center formed by the plurality of support wheel sets, and a center of the elongated tube based on the position of the pinch roller.
  5. 5. The elongated tube profile grinding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the elongated tube has a length L and the length of the section to be ground is L1, wherein 0.5 l≤l1≤0.6L.
  6. 6. The elongated tube profile grinding apparatus of claim 1, wherein there are two of said support wheel sets and two of said lower pinch rollers, respectively, and wherein in orthographic projection on a horizontal plane, two of said lower pinch rollers are located between two of said support wheel sets.

The elongated tube profile grinding apparatus of claim 1 or 6, wherein said pressing down assembly further comprises a plurality of power members in one-to-one correspondence with each of said pressing down wheels, each of said power members comprising a traversing seat that traverses horizontally reciprocally, a lifting seat movably connected up and down to said traversing seat, said pressing down wheels being mounted on corresponding ones of said lifting seats and cooperating to press down or disengage the elongated tube based on horizontal traversing and lifting movements.
  8. 8. The elongated tube profile grinding apparatus of claim 7, wherein said traversing seat reciprocates in a traversing motion perpendicular to the length of the elongated tube.

An elongated tube profile grinding apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein any of said support wheel sets further comprises a drive member coupled to a corresponding one of said support wheels, wherein said drive member drives said support wheels in rotation about its own centerline, each support wheel and corresponding lower pinch wheel co-rotating in rotation driving the elongated tube based on the lower pinch wheel depressing the elongated tube.
  10. 10. An elongated tube profile grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein a synchronizing shaft is employed between adjacent said support wheelsets for synchronizing the drive.
