Description

High-resistance waterproof abrasive paper based on modified resin adhesive Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of grinding tool manufacturing, in particular relates to a preparation technology of waterproof abrasive paper in a coated grinding tool, and particularly relates to high-waterproof abrasive paper based on a modified resin adhesive. Background The waterproof abrasive paper is used as an important coated abrasive tool and is widely applied to wet grinding and polishing operations of materials such as metal, wood, plastic and the like. The core performance indexes of the polishing slurry comprise water resistance, flexibility, grinding efficiency and service life. In order to achieve excellent water resistance, the prior art generally employs a resin adhesive to treat a sandpaper substrate and to secure abrasive particles through a make layer and a size layer. In recent years, along with the stringent environmental regulations and the rising of high performance requirements, the aqueous resin system gradually replaces the traditional solvent type adhesive, and becomes an important direction for developing waterproof abrasive paper. Patent CN101623853B discloses a full resin waterproof abrasive paper, the structure of which is composed of six layers, which are sequentially an abrasive layer, an adhesive layer, a basic adhesive layer, a sand surface treatment layer, an abrasive paper raw paper layer and a waterproof treatment layer from top to bottom. The adhesive layer adopts a mixture of urea-formaldehyde resin, iron oxide red and ammonium chloride, the basic adhesive layer adopts a mixture of water-soluble acrylic resin, amino resin, flour and iron oxide red, and the waterproof treatment layer adopts a mixture of nano-scale styrene-butadiene latex and penetrating agent JFS. The scheme abandons alkyd resin, adopts water-soluble resin completely, and realizes environmental protection and no pollution. However, the technology has obvious defects that although the urea-formaldehyde resin has certain bonding strength, the water resistance is poor, hydrolysis is easy to occur under the environment of long-term soaking or high temperature and high humidity, so that the adhesive layer is invalid, and meanwhile, the cost can be reduced by adding natural fillers such as flour into the basic adhesive layer, the compactness and weather resistance of the adhesive film can be obviously reduced, and the structural stability and the service life of the sand paper under the severe working condition are influenced. The patent CN112059935B discloses an environment-friendly waterproof abrasive paper and a preparation method thereof, and the environment-friendly waterproof abrasive paper structurally comprises base paper, a primer layer, an abrasive layer and a compound adhesive layer, wherein the primer layer adopts a modified polyurethane adhesive, and the compound adhesive layer adopts a modified phenolic resin adhesive. According to the scheme, the flexibility, the strength and the water resistance of the sand paper are improved through the synergistic effect of the two-component resin. However, the technology has the limitations that although the modified polyurethane improves the binding force, the modified polyurethane is not specially optimized for high tensile strength and wet state retention rate, so that the base material of the sand paper is easy to soften and deform in the continuous water grinding process, and the modified phenolic resin improves the flexibility of the compound adhesive layer, but the curing process of the modified phenolic resin usually needs higher temperature, and the residual hydroxymethyl can influence the long-term water resistance. In addition, the scheme does not carry out deep impregnation strengthening treatment on the base paper, only depends on surface gluing, and is difficult to realize high waterproof performance of the integral structure, and particularly under the condition of high-pressure water flow impact or long-time soaking, moisture can still permeate along fiber gaps, so that interlayer stripping or abrasive shedding is caused. In summary, although the existing waterproof abrasive paper technology advances in environmental protection and basic water resistance, there are still obvious short plates in terms of high tensile strength, wet dimensional stability, long-term water-soaking adhesion retention rate, overall structural waterproof integrity and the like, and it is difficult to meet the severe requirements of the high-end manufacturing field on the high-performance waterproof abrasive tools. Therefore, there is a need to develop a high waterproof sandpaper based on a novel modified resin adhesive system, which has excellent dry/wet mechanical properties and long-term water resistance. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a high-resistance waterproof abrasive paper based on a modified resin adhesive, and aims to solve the problem
