Description
Electric tool Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of tools, in particular to an electric tool. Background The hand-held electric tool uses the motor as the power source, the high-speed rotation of the motor output shaft is converted into the portable mechanical device with low speed and high torque of the working head by the transmission mechanism such as the planetary gear reduction box, such as an electric drill, an electric circular saw, an electric wrench and the like, in order to ensure the use flexibility and portability of the electric tool, a battery pack detachably connected to the hand-held electric tool is generally adopted to supply power for the motor, the shell of the electric tool generally comprises a main shell and a battery pack shell which are mutually connected, the motor and the working head are assembled in the main shell, and the battery pack is detachably connected in the battery pack shell, so that severe relative vibration exists between the main shell and the battery pack shell due to the large interaction force between the working head and a workpiece during working. In the existing hand-held electric tool, a part of manufacturers adopt a rigid connection mode to connect the main shell and the battery pack shell together, and the connection mode can lead to almost no decrease in energy of vibration to be transmitted from the main shell to the battery pack shell, so that the battery pack shell is caused to vibrate more severely, and the structural stability and the electrical connection reliability of a battery pack arranged on the battery pack shell are seriously affected. In order to reduce the vibration energy transferred from the main shell to the battery pack shell, another part of manufacturers can directly fill a buffer structure of a rubber pad at the joint between the main shell and the battery pack shell, and the connecting mode can have a certain vibration reduction effect, but on one hand, the joint is easy to have strength problems, after the electric tool works for a period of time, the joint is severely worn or even broken, and on the other hand, the risk that the battery pack falls off due to vibration is still higher. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides an electric tool, which solves the technical problem that the structural stability and the electrical connection reliability of a battery pack cannot be ensured due to severe relative vibration between a shell and the battery pack during operation.
