- 1. A safety scissors comprising a scissors body (1), the scissors body (1) comprising a front blade (11) and a rear blade (12) which are engaged with each other, left ends of the front and rear blades (11, 12) being hinged to each other on opposite sides thereof, and a space between the opposite sides of the right ends of the front and rear blades (11, 12) constituting a repulsive or closed scissors blade (13), characterized by further comprising an upper guard (2), a lower guard (3) and a torsion spring (4), the left ends of the upper guard (2) and the lower guard (3) protruding from the left end of the scissors body (1) and being fixed to each other face to face, and the right ends of the upper guard (2) and the lower guard (3) being respectively corresponding to the upper and lower sides of the middle of the scissors body (1), the torsion spring (4) being disposed on the lower guard (3) at a position between the opposite sides of the middle of the front and rear blades (11, 12), a first hook (4) of the torsion spring being hooked on the torsion spring (4) at a position corresponding to the front edge (11) of the front blade (41) and a position of the front blade (12) being fixedly hooked on the middle of the torsion spring (41), a rear blade grasping handle (15) is fitted to a rear side edge portion of the rear blade (12), the front and rear blade grasping handles (14, 15) are respectively corresponding to each other, a side surface of the front blade (11) facing outward is formed as a front blade arc surface (111), and a side surface of the rear blade (12) facing outward is formed as a rear blade arc surface (121).

A safety type scissors as set forth in claim 1, wherein a front blade thread take-up hook (112) is formed at a side of the right end of the front blade (11) toward the scissors blade (13), or a rear blade thread take-up hook is formed at a side of the right end of the rear blade (12) toward the scissors blade (13).
- 3. Safety scissors according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening angle (α) of the cutting edge (13) of the scissors is 12-22 °.

A pair of safety scissors according to claim 1, wherein a tubular seat fitting hole (21) is provided in the middle of the left end of the upper shield (2), a tubular seat (31) is provided in the middle of the left end of the lower shield (3) toward one side of the upper shield (2) and extends upward at a position corresponding to the tubular seat fitting hole (21), the tubular seat (31) corresponds to the tubular seat fitting hole (21), and a tubular passing hole (311) is formed in the center, and the tubular passing hole (311) and the tubular seat fitting hole (21) are penetrated by the tubular in use to restrict the upper and lower housings (2, 3) together with the scissors body (1) to a specific position, the tubular being a wire or a chain.

A safety scissors according to claim 1, 4 or 5, wherein a pair of shield fixing screw holes (22) are provided at the left end of the upper shield (2), a shield fixing screw (221) is provided in each of the pair of shield fixing screw holes (22), a pair of screw fixing posts (32) is formed at the left end of the lower shield (3) toward one side and at positions corresponding to the pair of shield fixing screw holes (22), each of the pair of screw fixing posts (32) has a stud fixing screw hole (321), and the shield fixing screw (221) is screwed into the stud fixing screw hole (321).

The pair of safety scissors as claimed in claim 1, wherein a front blade torsion spring relief chamber (114) is formed at a position rearward of a middle portion of the front blade (11) and corresponding to a front side of the torsion spring (4), a rear blade torsion spring relief chamber (123) is formed at a position forward of a middle portion of the rear blade (12) and corresponding to a rear side of the torsion spring (4), the front and rear blade torsion spring relief chambers (114, 123) are each formed in a C-shaped configuration corresponding to each other, a torsion spring sleeve post (331) is formed at a position toward an upper side of the lower guard (3) and corresponding to the torsion spring (4), a torsion spring sleeve screw fixing hole (23) is formed at a position on the upper end center of the torsion spring sleeve post (2) and corresponding to a rear side of the torsion spring (4), the torsion spring sleeve (33) is provided with a torsion spring sleeve screw fixing hole (231) and is provided with a torsion spring sleeve screw fixing hole (231) disposed in the torsion spring sleeve (33).

A pair of safety scissors as set forth in claim 1, wherein a first torsion spring leg hooking hole (115) is formed in the front blade (11) at a position corresponding to the first torsion spring leg (41), a second torsion spring leg hooking hole (124) is formed in the rear blade (12) at a position corresponding to the second torsion spring leg (42), the first torsion spring leg (41) is hooked in the first torsion spring leg hooking hole (115) from top to bottom, and the second torsion spring leg (42) is hooked in the second torsion spring leg hooking hole (124) from bottom to top.

- 10. A safety scissors according to claim 1 or 9, characterized in that a chip or logo receiving cavity (26) is formed by a recess in the middle of the side of the upper casing (2) facing upwards.
