- 1. The paper cutting and separating device is characterized by comprising a cutting mechanism and a moving actuator for moving the cutting mechanism, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises a driver, a recognizer for recognizing a cutting line and a cutter for cutting paper, the moving actuator is connected with the driver, the recognizer is respectively connected with the moving actuator and the driver in a signal mode, the recognizer is fixed on the driver and is connected with the cutter in a rotating mode, when the recognizer does not recognize the cutting line of the paper to be cut, the moving actuator moves the cutting mechanism until the recognizer recognizes the cutting line, the cutter is aligned with the cutting line, and the driver drives the cutter to cut the paper along the cutting line.

The paper cutting and separating device according to claim 1, wherein the moving actuator comprises a servo motor, a transmission screw rod and a first moving rod, the servo motor is in signal connection with the identifier, the servo motor is in rotary connection with the transmission screw rod, one end of the first moving rod is in sliding connection with the transmission screw rod, and the other end of the first moving rod is connected with the driver.

The paper cutting and separating device according to claim 2, wherein the moving actuator further comprises an adapter and a universal screw for adjusting the direction, one end of the driving screw far away from the first moving rod is fixed on the universal screw, and the first moving rod is connected with the driver through the adapter.

The paper cutting and separating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the identifier comprises an identification camera with an electronic eye, the electronic eye being parallel to the cutting knife, the identification camera being arranged above the paper to be cut, the identification camera being in signal connection with the movement actuator and the driver, respectively.

The paper cutting and separating apparatus of claim 4, wherein the identifier further comprises a second movable lever and a fine adjustment hand wheel for fine adjustment of the position of the identification camera, the fine adjustment hand wheel being rotatably connected to the identification camera via the second movable lever.

The paper cutting and separating apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein the driver includes a driving motor, the cutting mechanism further includes a mounting member fixed to a rotation shaft of the driving motor, and the cutter is mounted to the rotation shaft of the driving motor through the mounting member.

The paper cutting and separating apparatus as set forth in claim 6, wherein the cutting mechanism further comprises a positioning member, the cutter is disposed between the mounting member and the positioning member, and a rotation shaft of the driving motor sequentially passes through the mounting member, the cutter and the positioning member.

The paper cutting and separating device according to claim 7, wherein the cutter comprises a roller body and a circle of blade edge arranged on the side edge of the roller body, a perforation is further arranged on the roller body, and a rotating shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the perforation.

The paper cutting and separating apparatus as set forth in claim 7, wherein the cutter comprises a roller body and two blades provided on a side of the roller body, the two blades being disposed opposite to each other, a perforation being further provided on the roller body, and a rotation shaft of the driving motor passing through the perforation.

The paper cutting and separating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a used paper collector provided on the driver, the used paper collector including a negative pressure pipe and a collection chamber, one end of the collection chamber being in communication with the negative pressure pipe, the other end of the collection chamber having a suction port for sucking used paper.
