Exhaust flange Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of injection molding equipment, in particular to an exhaust flange plate. Background In extrusion molding equipment, particularly in the fields of plastic extruders, rubber extruders and related polymer material processing, materials often release gases such as water vapor, residual monomers, low-molecular volatile matters and the like in the heating, pressurizing and melting processes. If the gases cannot be discharged in time, the gas is light, so that bubbles, silver wires and surface defects are generated in the product, and if the gas is heavy, hydrolysis reaction is possibly initiated, so that the material is degraded, and the mechanical property and the appearance quality of the product are seriously affected. Thus, venting performance is one of the key indicators for the advancement of extrusion equipment. The attachment flange is an important component of the screw head set and is commonly used to attach the nozzle and other structures. The conventional flange is designed into a closed runner, lacks a special exhaust structure, and cannot carry out degassing treatment on a melt which is about to enter a forming die, so that the defects of air holes, yellowing and the like of partial products are caused. Accordingly, there is a need in the art for an exhaust flange having good exhaust drying function. Disclosure of Invention The present invention is directed to an exhaust flange that overcomes the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art. In order to achieve the purpose of the application, the application provides the following technical scheme. In a first aspect, the application provides an exhaust flange, the front end of the flange is coaxially provided with a sub nozzle, the axes of the flange and the sub nozzle are provided with a material conveying channel which is penetrated from front to back, the exhaust flange comprises an exhaust disc body, a split shuttle arranged in the material conveying channel of the exhaust disc body and at least one exhaust disc unit uniformly arranged on the periphery of the exhaust disc, each exhaust disc unit comprises an exhaust valve needle and a driving assembly for driving the exhaust valve needle to reset, the side wall of the exhaust disc body is provided with an exhaust hole, the inner side of the exhaust valve needle is inserted into the exhaust hole, the inner side end face of the exhaust valve needle reciprocates between the outer wall of the split shuttle and the inner wall of the material conveying channel, and the diameter of the inner side of the exhaust valve needle is 2-15 μm smaller than the aperture of the exhaust hole. When the molten material moves to the position of the exhaust disk unit in the material conveying channel, gas is discharged from gaps between the exhaust valve needle and the exhaust hole, and the molten material cannot be discharged through the gaps, so that gas-liquid separation is realized, drying and density lifting of the material are realized, and product quality is improved.
