Abstract

The tire has the advantages that the rubber filling surface of the tire can be well supported during secondary injection molding production, the rim deformation in the secondary injection molding process can be effectively prevented, and meanwhile, the production efficiency is improved.

Claims (15)
- 1. The wheel comprises a wheel rim and a non-pneumatic tire (1), wherein the wheel rim comprises a wheel hub (2), a wheel rim (3) and spokes (4) for fixedly connecting the wheel hub (2) and the wheel rim (3), the wheel is characterized in that the spokes (4) are provided with wrapped positions (41) fixedly connected to the side periphery of the wheel rim (3), the wheel rim is provided with a plurality of wrapped positions (41) which are circumferentially arranged at intervals, the side periphery of the tire (1) is convexly provided with a plurality of wrapped surfaces (11) which are circumferentially arranged at intervals, the tire (1) is attached to the wheel rim (3), and the wrapped surfaces (11) of the tire (1) are attached to the outer end walls of the wrapped positions (41) of the spokes (4) in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
- 2. The wheel according to claim 1, wherein the outer end wall of the wrapped-around location (41) is arranged flush with the rim (3) side periphery.
- 3. The wheel according to claim 1, wherein the outer end wall of the wrapped position (41) is concavely provided with a loading slot (411), and the outer end edge (111) of the wrapping surface (11) is arranged in the loading slot (411).
- 4. The wheel according to claim 1, wherein the outer end wall of the wrapped position (41) is concavely provided with a back-off hole (412), and the wrapping surface (11) is provided with a back-off (112) adapted to the back-off hole (412).

The wheel according to claim 1, wherein the tyre (1) comprises a first side edge (113) between each two wrapping surfaces (11), a second side edge (114) being connected between the first side edge (113) and the outer end edge (111) of the wrapping surface (11), the first side edge (113) being connected to the rim (3) side edge and the second side edge (114) being connected to the side of the wrapped location (41).

The wheel according to claim 5, wherein the outer end wall of the wrapped position (41) is concavely provided with a loading slot (411), two sides of the wrapped position (41) are concavely provided with loading notches (413), the loading notches (413) are communicated with the loading slot (411), the outer end edge (111) of the wrapping surface (11) is arranged in the loading slot (411), the first side edge (113) is connected to the side periphery of the rim (3) in a sleeved mode, and the second side edge (114) is connected to the loading notch (413).

The wheel according to claim 1, wherein the spoke (4) comprises a spoke plate, the spoke plate is of a concave-convex alternating wave structure in the circumferential direction and is provided with a plurality of convex surfaces (42) which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side, the convex surfaces (42) which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, the convex surfaces (42) which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side are respectively fixedly connected with the left side and the right side peripheral edge of the rim (3), and the convex surfaces (42) are provided with the wrapped positions (41).

The wheel according to claim 1, wherein the spoke (4) comprises a spoke plate, a plurality of convex surfaces which are circumferentially arranged at intervals are arranged on the left end face and the right end face of the spoke plate in a protruding mode, the convex surfaces of the left end face and the right end face are fixedly connected to the left side periphery and the right side periphery of the rim (3) respectively, and the wrapped positions (41) are arranged on the convex surfaces.
- 9. The wheel according to claim 1, wherein the spoke (4) comprises a plurality of spokes provided with said wrapped locations (41).
- 10. The wheel according to claim 1, wherein the left and right end walls of the spoke (4) are provided with the wrapped position (41), and the peripheries of both sides of the tire (1) are provided with the wrapping surfaces (11).
- 11. The wheel according to claim 10, wherein the wrapped locations (41) of the left and right end walls of the spokes (4) are circumferentially staggered.
- 12. The wheel according to claim 10, wherein the wrapped locations (41) of the left and right end walls of the spokes (4) are symmetrically disposed.
- 13. The wheel according to claim 7, wherein the hub (2) has axially opposite ends extending from the wheel web and being extensions (21), and wherein a reinforcing sheet (23) is fixedly provided between the extensions (21) and the convex surface (42).
- 14. The wheel according to claim 13, wherein the convex surface (42) has a zigzag structure of an outer high insole, and the wrapped location (41) is provided on an outer high surface of the zigzag structure.
- 15. Trolley, characterized in that it is provided with wheels according to claim 1.
Description
Wheel and handcart Technical Field The present invention relates to wheels and carts, and more particularly to non-inflatable wheels and carts. Background In the prior art, referring to fig. 1, a non-inflatable wheel, such as CN220349416U, comprises a rim and a non-inflatable tire 1', wherein the rim comprises a hub 2', a rim 3', and spokes 4' fixedly connecting the hub 2' and the rim 3', the two side circumferences of the tire 1' are respectively adapted to be connected to the two side circumferences of the rim 3', and the two side circumferences of the tire 1' are in a continuous complete annular structure. The wheel production process is that the rim is firstly formed by first injection molding, then the second injection molding is carried out on the rim to form the tire, and the rubber filling surface of the tire can not be well supported during the second injection molding because the circumferences of the two sides of the tire are in continuous complete annular structures and are connected with the circumferences of the two sides of the rim, thus the rim is possibly caused to deform and waste products are generated. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a wheel and a trolley, which overcome the defects of the wheel in the background technology. The technical scheme is that the wheel comprises a wheel rim and a non-pneumatic tire (1), wherein the wheel rim comprises a wheel hub (2), a wheel rim (3) and spokes (4) fixedly connecting the wheel hub (2) and the wheel rim (3), the spokes (4) are provided with wrapped positions (41) fixedly connected to the side periphery of the wheel rim (3), the wheel rim is provided with a plurality of wrapped positions (41) which are circumferentially arranged at intervals, the side periphery of the tire (1) is convexly provided with a plurality of wrapped surfaces (11) which are circumferentially arranged at intervals, the tire (1) is mounted on the wheel rim (3), and the wrapped surfaces (11) of the tire (1) are correspondingly mounted on the outer end walls of the wrapped positions (41) of the spokes (4) one by one. In one embodiment, the outer end wall of the wrapped location (41) is disposed flush with the side periphery of the rim (3).
