- 1. The buffer seat is used for being mounted on a vehicle body and is characterized by comprising a seat body, a front supporting piece, a rear supporting piece and a damping assembly, wherein a first end of the front supporting piece is fixedly connected to the front end of the seat body, a second end of the front supporting piece can rotate around a first axis relative to the vehicle body, a first end of the rear supporting piece is rotatably mounted on the rear end of the seat body around a second axis, and the first axis and the second axis are parallel and extend along the left-right direction of the vehicle body; The damping component is mounted on the vehicle body, the damping component can limit the second end of the rear supporting piece, and when the inertial sliding block of the damping component moves forwards relative to the vehicle body, the damping component releases the limit on the second end of the rear supporting piece, so that the seat body rotates around the first axis to recline.

A cushioned seat as claimed in claim 3 wherein a second end of the rear support is rotatably mounted with a rolling element, the axis of rotation of the rolling element being parallel to the second axis, the stop being abuttable against the rolling element to limit the second end of the rear support.
- 6. A cushioned seat as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mounting frame is provided with a guide hole extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and the second end of the rear support is provided with a stopper rod which is slidably stopper-positioned in the guide hole.

The cushioned seat of claim 6, wherein the damping assembly further includes a first resilient member having a first end connected to the mounting bracket and a second end connected to the second end of the rear support, the first resilient member being capable of imparting a forward movement tendency to the second end of the rear support.

The cushioned seat of claim 1 further comprising a second resilient member, a first end of the second resilient member being connected to the seat body and a second end of the second resilient member being connected to the vehicle body, the second resilient member being capable of imparting a tendency to recline upon rotation of the seat body about the first axis.
- 9. A vehicle comprising a body and a cushion seat according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the second end of the front support being rotatable about the first axis relative to the body, the damping assembly being mounted to the body.
- 10. The vehicle of claim 9, wherein the body mounts a mount, the second end of the front support being rotatably mounted to the mount about the first axis.
