Description
Vehicle glazing panel with glazing panel assembly and lighting device Technical Field The present invention relates to a vehicle glazing panel having the features of the preamble of patent claim 1. Background Such a vehicle window pane is known from WO 2021/198262 A1 and is configured as a cover element of a stationary roof element or roof opening system, by means of which a roof opening can be selectively closed or opened. The vehicle glazing comprises a glazing panel assembly having a composite structure and comprising a light guide layer which is formed on the inside of the glazing panel assembly and to which a strip-shaped light incoupling element for light is attached, said light incoupling elements being arranged on edge regions of the glazing panel assembly facing away from each other. The light incoupling element is an integral part of a lighting device comprising a light source through which light of the light source can be incoupled into the light guide layer of the window panel assembly. The light which is coupled in can in turn be emitted from the light-guiding layer via the corresponding coupling-out element in the direction of the vehicle interior. As previously described, light is coupled into the light guide layer at the edge regions of the window pane assembly facing away from one another. This requires a large number of light sources which are also arranged along the relevant edges of the glazing panel assembly. Furthermore, the light sources arranged on both sides need to be wired, which involves not only manufacturing costs, but also corresponding material and cost costs. Disclosure of Invention The invention is based on the task of providing a vehicle window pane constructed according to the type mentioned in the introduction, which has an extended illumination possibility compared to the prior art described above. This object is achieved according to the invention by a vehicle glazing having the features of patent claim 1. Thus, according to the present invention there is provided a vehicle glazing comprising a glazing body assembly and a lighting device having a light source. The window panel assembly has an outer side facing the vehicle surroundings and an inner side facing the vehicle interior space and a surrounding edge comprising two lateral edges and two longitudinal edges interconnecting the two lateral edges. On the inner side of the window panel assembly, i.e. on the large surface of the window panel assembly facing the vehicle interior space, a cross-over portion (Quersteg) is arranged, which connects the two lateral sides to each other and/or the two longitudinal sides to each other, and which at least partially receives the lighting device. On the vehicle window pane according to the invention, an additional functional element is therefore installed on the inside of the window pane assembly in the form of a cross-over, which element serves for illumination purposes, i.e. for directly illuminating a specific region of the vehicle interior space and/or for producing a light pattern or the like on the vehicle window pane, i.e. as an ambient light for the vehicle window pane. The transverse portion extending through the see-through region of the vehicle window pane is in particular constructed in the form of a strip which rests on the inner side of the window pane assembly. The cross-over portion also enables integration of design elements on the underside of the vehicle glazing panel. In principle, the window panel body assembly of the vehicle window panel according to the invention can have a composite structure and be embodied as a so-called composite safety glass (VSG). It is also contemplated that the window panel assembly may be implemented as a single layer window panel or single layer safety glass (ESG). When a composite structure is used as the glazing panel assembly, it preferably comprises an exterior glazing panel and an interior glazing panel, which is attached to the exterior glazing panel by at least one tie layer. The window pane inner body may then form a light guide layer into which light of the light source of the illumination device may be coupled, for example. No additional, possibly costly, light guide layer is required. When the lighting device is actuated, a planar and/or patterned atmosphere lamp function can be provided by the interior of the window pane and the corresponding coupling out of the light that is coupled in. In order to be able to integrate the lighting device in a suitable manner onto the cross-over portion of the vehicle glazing panel according to the invention, in a particular embodiment the cross-over portion has a profiled section which is profiled or glued onto the inner side of the glazing panel assembly. The profiled section forms the base of the cross-over part, which enables the elements of the lighting device to be assembled and, if necessary, further functions to be integrated on the cross-over part. If the bridging portion is
