Background Rail transit vehicles have become the primary means of transportation today, and their operational safety has been of constant interest. The wheel is used as an important running part of the bogie, the running safety of the train is directly affected when the tread is out of round, scratched, low-adhesion and the like, and the tread cleaning device can improve the tread condition of the wheel, improve the adhesion of a wheel rail, inhibit the tread out of round and the like, so the tread cleaning device is an indispensable part of the bogie.
