Claims (10)
- 1. The compact central traction device comprises a traction pin seat, a central traction spherical hinge which is pressed at the center of the traction pin seat and is connected with a vehicle body, and two traction pull rods which are arranged longitudinally, wherein the two ends of each traction pull rod are provided with the traction spherical hinge in a pressure equalizing mode, the traction spherical hinge at one end of each traction pull rod is connected with the traction pin seat, and the traction spherical hinge at the other end of each traction pull rod is connected with a bogie.
- 2. The compact center traction device of claim 1, wherein the traction pin seat is provided with two double-layer connecting arms which extend towards the end part of the traction rod and are parallel to the traction rod, the number of the double-layer connecting arms is two and are distributed on two sides of the traction pin seat, the extending directions of the two double-layer connecting arms are opposite, and the free ends of the two double-layer connecting arms are respectively connected with the spherical hinge of the traction rod.
- 3. The compact center traction device according to claim 2, wherein the double-layer connecting arm is integrally formed with connecting threaded sleeves corresponding to the upper end and the lower end of the pull rod spherical hinge.
- 4. The compact center traction device according to claim 2, wherein the transverse stop is fixed to the double-layered connecting arm and is located between two transversely aligned tie rod ball joints.
- 5. The device of claim 2, wherein the tie rod ball joints at one end of the tie rod are secured to a mounting seat on the bogie, the mounting seat extending between two transversely aligned tie rod ball joints and being transversely aligned with the transverse stop.
- 6. The compact center traction device according to claim 5, wherein the number of lateral stops is two, and two of said lateral stops are oppositely disposed, each lateral stop being laterally aligned with a respective one of the mounting seats.
- 7. The device of claim 5, wherein the transverse stop is formed by alternately laminating and vulcanizing a metal layer and a rubber layer, and a wear plate opposite to the mounting seat is fixed on a free end surface of the transverse stop.
- 8. The compact center traction device according to claim 1, wherein an annular positioning groove is formed in a center hole of the traction pin base, the center traction spherical hinge is pressed into the center hole of the traction pin base, and the split retainer ring is assembled in the annular positioning groove and abuts against the upper end face of the center traction spherical hinge.

The compact center traction device according to claim 2, wherein the traction rod consists of a pull rod body with a rectangular cross section and press-fit sleeves integrally formed at two ends of the pull rod body, the pull rod spherical hinge is press-fitted in the press-fit sleeves, the outer side surface of the pull rod body is tangent to the outer wall of the press-fit sleeves, and the inner side surface of the pull rod body is positioned at the outer lateral side of the double-layer connecting arm.
