Abstract

The device comprises a ship body, wherein a notch is formed in the front portion of the ship body, a lifting conveying belt is arranged in the notch, a door-shaped frame is arranged above the notch, a left shifting device and a right shifting device are arranged on the door-shaped frame, a cutting device driven by a cutting driving motor is further arranged at the bottom of the front portion of the ship body, a detachable collection box is arranged at the middle portion of the ship body and behind the lifting conveying belt, a filtering type dredging device is arranged behind the collection box, through holes which are longitudinally communicated are formed in two sides of the rear portion of the ship body, lifting pipelines are arranged in the through holes, an extraction device is arranged at the lower end of each lifting pipeline, an elbow is arranged at the upper end of each lifting pipeline, and mud extracted by the extraction device and lifted by the lifting pipelines is fed into an opening at the top of the filtering type dredging device. The unmanned miniature cleaning ship is applied to cleaning engineering of a drainage canal, and has the capability of cleaning the surface of a water body and dredging the bottom of a canal.

- 1. A drainage canal cleaning ship is characterized by comprising a ship body (1), wherein a notch is formed in the front portion of the ship body (1), a lifting conveying belt (3) which is obliquely arranged and driven by a lifting driving motor (7) is arranged in the notch, a door-shaped frame (4) is arranged above the notch, two left and right shifting devices (6) are arranged on the door-shaped frame (4), a cutting device (5) which is driven by a cutting driving motor (11) is further arranged at the bottom of the front portion of the ship body (1), a collecting box (2) which is detachably and movably arranged in the middle portion of the ship body (1) and behind the lifting conveying belt (3) is arranged, a filtering dredging device (8) is arranged behind the collecting box (2), through holes which are longitudinally communicated are formed in two sides of the rear portion of the ship body (1), lifting pipelines (10) are arranged in the through holes, an extracting device (9) is arranged at the lower end of each lifting pipeline (10), a bent pipe is arranged at the upper end of each lifting pipeline (10), the front portion of each lifting pipeline is further provided with a cutting device (5) which is driven by a cutting driving motor (11), the middle portion of the ship body (1), the collecting box (2) is detachably and the filtering device which is detachably and the filtering device is arranged in the collecting box (8) which is arranged at the top portion of the filtering device.

The drainage canal cleaning ship according to claim 1, wherein the stirring device (6) comprises a stirring motor which is arranged and fixed on the door-shaped frame (4), a stirring rotating shaft is arranged at the lower end of an output shaft of the stirring motor, stirring blades are arranged on the fluctuation rotating shaft, and the rotation directions of the stirring rotating shafts of the left stirring device (6) and the right stirring device (6) are opposite.

The canal clearance vessel according to claim 2, characterized in that the cutting means (5) comprises a stationary cutting blade mounted on the front of the hull (1) and a mobile cutting blade driven by a cutting drive motor (11) to reciprocate left and right, the stationary cutting blade and the mobile cutting blade each having cutting teeth on their front.

The dredging vessel as claimed in claim 3, wherein the filter dredging device (8) comprises a supporting body (8-2) and a top frame (8-6) arranged above the supporting body (8-2), a plurality of lower springs (8-3) are arranged between the bottom of the supporting body (8-2) and the hull (1), a plurality of upper springs (8-1) are arranged between the supporting body (8-2) and the top frame (8-6), a filter grid (8-5) is arranged inside the top frame (8-6), a front electric push rod (8-7) is arranged between the front part of the supporting body (8-2) and the front part of the filter grid (8-5), a rear electric push rod (8-8) is arranged between the rear part of the supporting body (8-2) and the rear part of the filter grid (8-5), and a conical bottom opening (8-9) is arranged at the bottom of the top frame (8-6).
- 5. The drain cleaning vessel according to claim 4, wherein vibration motors (8-4) are mounted on both sides of the top frame (8-6) on the support body (8-2).

The drain cleaning vessel according to claim 5, wherein a notch is provided at the rear of the hull (1), a conical bottom opening (8-9) of the filter dredging device (8) is located above the notch, and filtered tail water is discharged through the conical bottom opening (8-9) and returned to the water through the notch at the rear.

The drain cleaning vessel according to claim 6, wherein the pumping device (9) comprises a base (9-2), a box body (9-6) with a box cover (9-4) is arranged below the base (9-2), a door opening and closing electric push rod (9-3) is arranged between the box cover (9-4) and the box body (9-6), a conveying auger (9-5) driven by an auger motor is arranged in the box body (9-6), a slurry pump (9-1) is arranged in the base (9-2), an inlet of the slurry pump (9-1) is communicated with an inner cavity of the box body (9-6), and an outlet of the slurry pump (9-1) is in butt joint connection with the lower end of the lifting pipeline (10).

The canal clearance ship according to claim 7, characterized in that a shipboard controller (13) is installed at the front part of the hull (1), an illuminating lamp (12) is installed on the door frame (4), a storage battery is installed inside the hull (1), a running motor, a poking motor, a cutting driving motor (11), a lifting driving motor (7), a front electric push rod (8-7) and a rear electric push rod (8-8), a vibrating motor (8-4), a mud pump (9-1), an auger motor, a door opening and closing electric push rod (9-3) and the illuminating lamp (12) are all connected with the shipboard controller (13), the shipboard controller (13) comprises a controller module and a wireless communication module, and an operator on the shore sends instructions to the shipboard controller (13) through a handheld wireless remote controller.

The drain cleaning vessel according to claim 8, wherein a groove for accommodating the bottom of the collecting tank (2) is provided in the middle of the hull (1) and a locking mechanism is provided between the collecting tank (2) and the hull (1), and a hanging connection hole is provided in the wall of the collecting tank (2).

Background In the environment-friendly construction engineering and dredging construction engineering, the cleaning operation of the drainage canal is involved. The drainage canal is a canal for draining water, is used for draining rainfall ponding and other ground ponding, and guides the ponding to rivers and lakes. Along with long-time use, can deposit silt in the channel of escape canal, also can float rubbish, aquatic plant etc. on the surface of water of escape canal, the aforesaid factor can lead to the drainage capacity of escape canal to reduce, therefore need regularly carry out the clearance engineering of escape canal, the clearance work includes getting rid of water surface rubbish and plant, carries out moderate desilting to the canal bottom in order to reach the effect of solving siltation and channel dilatation. Unlike open water construction, where the drainage channels are generally narrow, large cleaning vessels are difficult to access for operation, and thus a miniaturized cleaning vessel facility needs to be developed to meet the construction needs. On the other hand, the existing cleaning facilities generally only have the capability of cleaning the surface of a water body, but do not have the capability of cleaning the siltation at the bottom of the canal, dredging is carried out on the bottom of the canal of the drainage canal by adopting equipment such as a long-arm excavator, and the like, so that the cleaning construction efficiency is low and the construction cost is high. Preferably, the stirring device comprises a stirring motor which is fixedly arranged on the door-shaped frame, a stirring rotating shaft is arranged at the lower end of an output shaft of the stirring motor, stirring blades are arranged on the fluctuation rotating shaft, and the rotation directions of the stirring rotating shafts of the left stirring device and the right stirring device are opposite.
