Description
Pallet for storing parts and crate for transporting parts Cross Reference to Related Applications The present application claims priority from european patent application EP24306894.7 filed 11/12 of 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field The invention particularly relates to a pallet for storing parts for transporting the parts, and a crate (crate) for transporting the parts. Background The prior art includes in particular documents US 2018/0265249A1, DE 20 2005 008496U1, WO 2020/165662A1 and DE 44 34 284 c1. It is well known to transport parts in transport crates. Typically, crates have a generally parallelepiped shape and include a base and four side walls extending along four sides of the base, respectively. The parts are placed in crates in order to transport them. For example, the parts may be parts that are shipped to an assembly plant, such as vehicle parts that are shipped to a vehicle assembly plant. The parts may be relatively fragile and therefore it is desirable to block the parts in the crate as safely as possible to prevent the parts from shifting and colliding with each other during transport. For example, the part may have a smooth surface that must not be scratched, or a flexible portion that must not be deformed or crushed. This is especially true for sealing parts for vehicles, especially automobiles. Depending on the size of the parts, these parts may need to be stacked in a crate. To achieve this, the storage trays may be stacked one on top of the other in a crate, and each tray may support a plurality of part stacks. In this configuration, the risk of parts shifting and bumping increases, which further increases the need to lock the parts stacked on each tray. The present invention provides a simple, effective and economical solution to this need in the art. Disclosure of Invention To this end, the invention proposes a pallet for storing parts for transporting them, the pallet comprising: a planar wall comprising an upper surface capable of supporting the part to be transported and a lower surface, and A plurality of positioning posts attached to the planar wall and protruding from the upper surface so as to block the parts to be transported, Characterized in that the plurality of positioning posts are attached to the upper surface of the planar wall independently of each other and independently, at least some of the plurality of positioning posts comprising a first rigid foam portion attached to the upper surface and a second portion made of flexible foam capable of contacting the parts to be transported. These positioning posts are used to block the parts, i.e., stall or lock the parts, to limit movement of the parts during transport. The positioning posts are attached to the planar wall and abut against the parts to be transported. Thus, these positioning posts comprise two parts, each part having a specific function. The first portion of each positioning post is made of rigid foam and enables the positioning post to be attached to the planar wall. Thus, it should be understood that each positioning post is attached to the planar wall by a rigid first portion. The second portion of each positioning post is made of flexible foam and is designed to contact the part for blocking purposes. In the present application, the terms "rigid" and "flexible" refer to the hardness of the foam. It should be appreciated that rigid foams have a higher hardness than flexible foams. This means that the first portion of each positioning post has a hardness that is greater than the hardness of the second portion of the positioning post. For example, if the hardness measured is of the Shore 00 (Shore 00) type, the hardness of the flexible foam is less than 20, while the hardness of the rigid foam is greater than 20. The tray according to the invention may comprise one or more of the following features, alone or in combination with each other: -the first part is XPE based; The first portion has a density greater than 110 kg/m 3, preferably greater than or equal to 120 kg/m 3; the first portion has a shore 00 hardness of more than 20, preferably more than 30; -the first portion has an elongation at break of more than 110%, for example between 110% and 140%; -the second portion is of the shape memory type; -the second part is based on EPDM foam; The second portion has a density less than or equal to 110 kg/m 3, for example between 80 kg/m 3 and 110 kg/m 3; The second portion has a shore 00 hardness of less than 20, preferably less than 13; -the second portion has an elongation at break of more than 150%, for example between 150% and 300%; -at least some of the plurality of positioning posts are covered with a textile film or layer; -the textile film or layer comprises polyester, polyamide or a combination of both; The textile film or layer has a density of between 50 g/m 2 and 200 g/m 2, preferably about 100 g/m 2; the textile film or layer covers opposite s
