Claims (9)
- 1. The transportation device comprises a transportation carrier (6) and at least one liquid bag (9) arranged in the transportation carrier (6), and is characterized in that a flexible protection pocket (1) is arranged at the end part of the liquid bag (9), or a flexible protection pocket (1) is arranged at the end part of at least one liquid bag (9) between adjacent liquid bags (9), the flexible protection pocket (1) can wrap the end part of the corresponding liquid bag (9), a plurality of tensioning connecting pieces (2) are arranged on the flexible protection pocket (1), one end of each tensioning connecting piece (2) is fixedly connected with the flexible protection pocket (1), and the other end of each tensioning connecting piece is fixedly connected with an anchor piece (7) on the transportation carrier (6).
- 2. A transportation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flexible protective pocket (1) is of polygonal sheet-like construction.
- 3. A transportation device according to claim 2, characterized in that the flexible protective bag (1) comprises edge portions (11) and corner portions (12), and that the tensioning connection (2) is arranged in correspondence of the corner portions (12) of the flexible protective bag (1).

A transportation means according to claim 1, characterized in that the tensioning connection (2) is provided with a tension indication feature (3), the tension indication feature (3) being used for characterizing the degree of tension of the flexible protective bag (1) after the tensioning connection (2) is connected with an external fixation point.
- 5. A transportation device according to claim 4, wherein the tension indicating feature (3) is a graduation mark.
- 6. A transportation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the tensioning connection (2) is provided with two groups, two groups of tensioning connection (2) being arranged on each side of the flexible protective pocket (1) in the height direction.

A transportation device according to claim 6, characterized in that the transportation carrier (6) has a front end facing the direction of travel and a rear end facing away from the direction of travel, two fluid bags (9) are arranged in the transportation carrier (6), a flexible protective bag (1) is arranged between the two fluid bags (9), and the flexible protective bag (1) is wrapped around the fluid bags (9) near the rear end of the transportation carrier (6).

Background At present, in the field of bulk liquid transportation, a mode of arranging a flexible liquid bag in a standard container is often adopted to carry and transport liquid cargoes. The flexible liquid bags are usually made of multiple layers of polymer materials in a compounding way, have the characteristics of light weight, large loading capacity, relatively low cost and the like, and are used in the transportation process of products such as wine, fruit juice, edible oil, non-dangerous liquid chemicals and the like. The existing mainstream scheme is that a single large-capacity single-cavity flexible liquid bag is arranged in a 20-ruler container, the volume of the single-cavity flexible liquid bag is generally 16-26 cubic meters, and space utilization is maximized in a mode of being attached to the inner wall of the container. In the practical application process, the single-cavity flexible liquid bag structure can improve single transportation quantity to a certain extent, but the whole structure is an integrated sealed cavity, the capacity is strongly bound with the specification of the container, and the flexible adjustment capability is lacked. In some cases, the liquid bag cannot be filled in the container, so that the rear end of the liquid bag cannot be contacted with the side wall of the container, and in such cases, the liquid bag is easy to shake due to the lack of a limiting device along with jolt or acceleration and deceleration during transportation, so that the risk of transportation accidents exists. In addition, when a plurality of different liquids need to be transported simultaneously in the container, two liquid bags need to be placed in the container, and collision between the two liquid bags is easy to be caused due to the fact that the liquid bags lack a limiting device. In order to reduce the occurrence of the above-mentioned situations, a baffle is usually arranged in the container to limit the liquid bag during transportation. Most of the baffles are metal baffles or wooden baffles, and the rigid blocking to the liquid bags is formed by fixing the baffles between the two liquid bags. Such a structure, although being able to limit the position of the fluid bag to a certain extent, is a rigid member itself, and when subjected to a fluid impact load, there is direct contact or even localized rigid compression between the baffle and the fluid bag. When sudden braking or violent shaking occurs in the transportation process, the impact force of liquid acts on the surface of the baffle plate in a concentrated manner, so that the baffle plate is easy to deform, break or locally break, the edge of the broken baffle plate is usually sharp, the risk of puncturing or scratching a liquid bag exists, and the problem of liquid leakage is caused. The structure provided with the flexible protective pocket and the plurality of tensioning connecting pieces replaces the traditional rigid baffle plate, and surface contact rather than rigid point contact is formed between the liquid bags, so that part of impact energy can be absorbed through flexible deformation of the material under the action of liquid impact load, and local damage caused by concentrated impact force is avoided.
