The improved belt tension device with the middle pressing function can effectively eliminate the bending deformation of the belt pressing plate in the use process, so that the pressing force of the belt tension machine is more stable and uniform, good friction force is provided for a tension belt, stable and uniform tension is generated on the metal plate, and the improvement and the guarantee of the coiling quality of the metal plate are facilitated.

- 1. The improved belt tension device with the middle pressing function is characterized by comprising a middle pressing hydraulic cylinder system and a groove-shaped pressing plate mechanism arranged on a belt pressing plate, wherein the middle pressing hydraulic cylinder system comprises a steel truss structure, a hydraulic cylinder, a ball flange arranged at the top of the hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic control system for controlling the hydraulic cylinder, and the groove-shaped pressing plate mechanism comprises an upper cover plate at the upper part, a groove-shaped bottom plate at the lower part and a cushion block.
- 2. A modified belt tensioner having an intermediate hold down function as claimed in claim 1 wherein the steel truss structure is connected to the frame of the belt tensioner and the hydraulic cylinder is mounted in the middle of the steel truss structure.
- 3. A modified belt tensioner having an intermediate hold down function as claimed in claim 2 wherein a piston rod is disposed within said hydraulic cylinder, said piston rod being driven by said hydraulic control system to move up and down.
- 4. A modified belt tensioner having an intermediate hold down function as claimed in claim 3 wherein said ball flange is fixedly mounted to the top of said piston rod.
- 5. A modified belt tensioner having an intermediate hold down function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of said grooved platen mechanisms is two, said grooved platen mechanisms being mounted on the upper and lower portions of said belt platen respectively, said grooved platen mechanisms on the upper portion of said belt platen being in contact with said ball flange and said grooved platen mechanisms on the lower portion of said belt platen being in contact with a frame.
- 6. A modified belt tensioner having an intermediate hold down function as claimed in claim 1 wherein the channel bottom plate is provided with a bottom channel having a configuration consistent with the configuration of the tensioner belt.
- 7. The improved belt tensioner with an intermediate hold down function of claim 6 wherein said channel bottom plate is further provided on both sides with a bead which clamps said channel platen mechanism to said belt platen.

Improved belt tension device with middle pressing function Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of belt tension, in particular to a modified belt tension device with an intermediate pressing function. Background The belt tensioner is a tension equipment unit in a metal plate longitudinal cutting production line, provides proper winding tension through different friction coefficients of the upper surface and the lower surface of a belt, does not generate any scratch or trace on the surface of a high-quality and exquisite plate, and is an important equipment unit of the high-quality steel plate longitudinal cutting processing production line. The belt tensioner has the working principle that the inner surface and the outer surface of the belt have different friction coefficients (the friction coefficient of the outer surface is larger than that of the inner surface), the special composite seamless belt is stretched by an idler pulley, and a metal sliding block plate with the surface subjected to special treatment is arranged in the middle. The metal slide plate is respectively arranged in the middle of the upper unit and the lower unit, the lower unit is arranged on the metal brackets at the two sides, and the upper unit is arranged on a structure which can move up and down through the hydraulic cylinder. When the plate material is dragged along the direction indicated by the arrow, the surface of the belt with the large friction coefficient is tightly adsorbed with the plate material, and the surface with the small friction coefficient slides on the metal sliding block.
