Abstract
The invention relates to a split modular double-speed chain transmission system which comprises a driving module and a driven module, wherein two sides of the upper end of the driving module are provided with a movable first adjusting slide plate, the middle part of the driving module is provided with a double-speed chain driving assembly, the double-speed chain driving assembly comprises a telescopic driving shaft, two ends of the driving shaft are respectively and rotatably arranged on the first adjusting slide plate on the corresponding side, two ends of the driving shaft are provided with driving chain wheels, two sides of the upper end of the driven module are provided with a movable second adjusting slide plate, the second adjusting slide plate is provided with a driven chain wheel assembly, the driven chain wheel assembly comprises driven chain wheels with two degrees of freedom of adjustment in the axial direction and the radial direction, one end of the double-speed chain is sleeved on the corresponding driving chain wheel, and the other end of the double-speed chain is sleeved on the corresponding driven chain wheel. The driving module can adjust the distance between the driving sprockets at two sides according to the requirement, the driven module can adjust the distance between the driven sprockets at two sides in a matching way, and the driven sprockets can realize axial and radial fine adjustment so as to ensure the tensioning and normal operation of the double-speed chain.
