The invention flattens the pre-torn industrial impregnated fabric through the cooperation of the clamping and conveying belt mechanism and the expander, so as to perform image acquisition, image processing analysis and detection on indexes such as adhesive attachment rate and the like for a subsequent camera.

- 1. The industrial impregnated fabric quality inspection opening device is characterized by comprising a clamping conveyor belt mechanism and a fabric posture adjusting mechanism, wherein one end of the impregnated fabric is a separation end and layered treatment is performed in advance, the fabric posture adjusting mechanism comprises an opener, the opener is arranged on the first side of a clamping conveyor belt assembly, the impregnated fabric is clamped in the clamping conveyor belt mechanism and conveyed, the separation end is matched with the opener to enable the separation end of the impregnated fabric to be separated from the opener through the opener, and the detection position of the impregnated fabric is flattened on a detection area.

The device for inspecting and expanding industrial impregnated fabric according to claim 1, wherein the clamping and conveying belt mechanism comprises two crawler mechanisms which run synchronously, the impregnated fabric is clamped between the crawlers of the two crawler mechanisms, the crawler mechanisms comprise crawlers, crawler wheels and motors, the crawlers form a closed loop and are sleeved on the crawler wheels on two sides, and the motors drive the driving shafts to drive the crawler wheels to rotate, and the crawler wheels drive the crawler wheels.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the spreader includes two flipping plates, the sides of the first ends of the two flipping plates being fixed together and disposed on the first side of the holding conveyor and cooperating with the separating ends of the dipping cloth to separate the separating ends therefrom, the flipping plates being continuously twisted from one end to the other such that the other ends of the flipping plates are parallel to the inspection area, the other ends of the flipping plates being disposed on the second side of the holding conveyor.

The device for inspecting and opening industrial impregnated fabric according to claim 3, wherein the first side of the clamping conveyor mechanism is an upper side of the clamping conveyor, and the second side of the clamping conveyor mechanism is a front side and a rear side of the clamping conveyor.

The device of claim 3, further comprising a limiter, wherein the limiter comprises a first plate and a second plate, a groove is formed between the first plate and the second plate, the groove opening is arranged towards the clamping conveyor belt mechanism and the turnover plate, the turnover plate is connected with the first plate, and the connection part of the turnover plate and the first plate is in smooth transition, so that one layer of the separation end of the impregnated fabric enters the groove.

The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a track guard, wherein the track guard is disposed on a side of a section of the track for holding the impregnated fabric, wherein an upper surface of the track guard is flush with or is close to an upper surface of a second plate, wherein the second plate is in contact with or is close to a side surface of the track guard, and wherein the first plate is spaced a predetermined distance from the track guard such that a detection position of the impregnated fabric is exposed.

The industrial impregnated fabric quality inspection opening device according to claim 6, wherein the first plate and the second plate are provided with notches at positions corresponding to the detection areas, the widths of the notches are larger than those of the impregnated fabric, the first plate or the second plate is provided with mounting holes for mounting a flattening mechanism, the flattening mechanism comprises a support, a connecting rail is arranged on the support, a cross beam is connected on the rail in a sliding manner, a sliding block is connected on the cross beam, a U-shaped plate is connected on the sliding block, one end of an opening of the U-shaped plate is matched with the tail end of the notch, the tail end of the notch is provided with a contact sensor, an inner gap of the U-shaped plate is matched with the widths of the impregnated fabric, and when the one end of the opening of the U-shaped plate is contacted with the tail end of the notch, the impregnated fabric just moves to the detection area.
