- 1. The lifting hook cross beam tool according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of self-locking grooves (12) which are distributed at intervals are further arranged at the bottom of the adjusting groove (11), the self-locking grooves (12) are arc-shaped grooves, and the self-locking grooves (12) can be attached to the lifting hook shaft (2).

Lifting hook crossbeam instrument Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, in particular to a lifting hook cross beam tool. Background The multifunctional top lance system in the 1#RH refining plant equipment of the steel mill is mainly used for realizing the functions of standard heating/slag melting, oxygen blowing decarburization and chemical temperature rise of a COG/O2 burner. The multifunctional top gun system adopts a single-station fixed installation structure, namely, one set of top gun is fixed above a single treatment position, and has the advantages of simple control, low failure rate and investment saving. The method has the defects that as the top gun cannot move and the center line of the top gun is just overlapped with the center line of the ladle jacking cylinder below, when the ladle jacking cylinder is replaced, two schemes are adopted, namely 1, the top gun is firstly dismounted, and then the single lifting hook is used for lifting. 2. The beam plate hook of the bridge crane is matched with a special lifting hook beam to hoist the oil cylinder. However, the center line of the ladle lifting cylinder is not at the right center of the treatment position, and has certain deviation from the positions of factory buildings at two sides of the treatment position, and the deviation positions of the two treatment positions are different.
