Abstract
The invention discloses a bagasse biochar preparation method and application, and belongs to the technical field of biochar preparation, wherein the preparation method is to dry bagasse in a sugar mill until the water content is not more than 28%; preheating continuous carbonization equipment for 1.4-1.6 hours, controlling the temperature in a main cabin to 470-500 ℃, feeding dried bagasse into the continuous carbonization equipment for carbonization, controlling the frequency of a feeding motor to 17.0-1.72HZ, the frequency of a main machine of the equipment to 17.3-17.5 HZ and the frequency of a fan to 19.3-19.5 HZ. The application is in reducing the effective state content of heavy metals Pb and Cd and the content of organic dye in soil and in improving the content of mineral combined state organic matters and condensed ring aromatic carbon in soil. The preparation method optimizes processing parameters, realizes low oil consumption, high carbon conversion rate and high yield of bagasse charcoal, and has the advantages of higher average pore diameter and mesoporous average pore diameter, high aromaticity and excellent quality although the specific surface area of the bagasse charcoal is lower. The bagasse biochar can be used for soil improvement.

Description
Bagasse biochar preparation method and application Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of biochar preparation, and particularly relates to a bagasse biochar preparation method and application. Background Sugarcane is used as an important cash crop, bagasse as a processing byproduct is usually used as an organic fertilizer or feed, but in actual operation, part of bagasse still cannot be effectively utilized due to inconvenient transportation, high treatment cost and the like, is burnt on site or is stacked at will, and still forms pressure on the environment. Although bagasse is intensively produced in sugar factories, the bagasse has the characteristics of high sugar content and easy adhesion and coking, and is convenient to collect as a biochar raw material, so that the bagasse is difficult to stably convert in a traditional horizontal continuous carbonization device. The Chinese patent No. 109650370A discloses a method for preparing bagasse charcoal by normal pressure hydrothermal method, which uses high boiling point cosolvent to pyrolyze bagasse in the environment surrounded by liquid water to prepare bagasse charcoal with regular particles, but the method needs high boiling point cosolvent, and has complex process and difficult mass production. The Chinese patent No. 117361527A discloses a preparation method of nitrogen-doped porous bagasse biochar, which is characterized in that bagasse is cleaned in the pretreatment process, so that bagasse sugar is removed, and then the subsequent treatment is carried out.
