An energy-saving natural mineral substance-containing low deuterium water production process is characterized by comprising the following steps: Raw material water is evaporated and condensed to obtain pure water, water vapor generated in the raw material water evaporation process is pressurized to form high-temperature high-pressure vapor, and the high-temperature high-pressure vapor is subjected to heat exchange with the raw material water in the evaporation process to heat the raw material water in the evaporation process; preparing deuterium-depleted water by pure water; mixing the deuterium-depleted water with the concentrated water obtained after the evaporation of the raw material water to obtain the natural mineral deuterium-depleted water.

The energy-saving natural mineral low deuterium containing water production apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the steam outlets of a plurality of said evaporation units (2) are commonly mounted with a supercharger (5), the outlet of supercharger (5) being connected with the condensing inlet of heat exchanger (4).
  7. 7. The energy-saving natural mineral low deuterium containing water production apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that several said evaporation units (2) are commonly connected with a vacuum line (12), and a vacuum pump (13) is installed on the vacuum line (12).
