Abstract
The invention discloses a high-efficiency water-cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof. The efficient water scavenger comprises, by mass, 5% -25% of organic amine B, 4% -20% of aqueous epoxy resin, 5% -25% of a thio-modifying agent, 10% -25% of 50% of sodium hydroxide solution D, 0% -3% of 50% of sodium hydroxide solution E, 0.2% -3% of micromolecular organic amine F, 0.5% -10% of water-soluble polyether, 0.5% -10% of an organic solvent and 25% -60% of water. The invention reacts aqueous epoxy resin with organic amine to obtain an intermediate A. Under alkaline condition, adding thio-modified reagent into the intermediate A to obtain a water-cleaning agent C, and mixing the water-cleaning agent C with water-soluble polyether and micromolecular organic amine after regulating pH to obtain the high-efficiency water-cleaning agent. The water scavenger has stable product quality, large oil drop, quick floating, clear water color and obvious clear water effect when the oily sewage of an oil field is treated.

- 1. The efficient water-cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 5% -25% of organic amine B; 4% -20% of water-based epoxy resin; 5% -25% of a thio-modifying reagent; 10% -25% of 50% sodium hydroxide solution D; 0% -3% of 50% sodium hydroxide solution E; 0.2% -3% of small molecular organic amine F; 0.5-10% of water-soluble polyether; 0.5% -10% of organic solvent; 25% -60% of water.
- 2. The efficient water-cleaning agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic amine B is one or more selected from diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine, tetraethylenepentamine, bishexamethylenetriamine and polyethyleneimine.

The efficient water-cleaning agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-based epoxy resin is one or more selected from ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, dibromo neopentyl glycol diglycidyl ether, aliphatic hydrocarbon diglycidyl ether, glycerol triglycidyl ether and pentaerythritol tetraglycidyl ether.
- 4. The high-efficiency water purifier as set forth in claim 1, wherein the thio-modifying agent is carbon disulfide.
- 5. The efficient water-cleaning agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the small molecular organic amine F is one or more selected from diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine and tetraethylenepentamine.

The efficient water-cleaning agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-soluble polyether is one or more selected from nonylphenol-formaldehyde resin polyether, phenolic amine-type phenolic resin polyether, triblock modified polyether, high-carbon alcohol polyether and polyethylene glycol modified phenolic resin polyether.
- 7. The high-efficiency water purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic solvent is one or more of methanol, ethanol and propanol.

Efficient water-cleaning agent and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the field of water cleaning agents, in particular to a high-efficiency water cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof. Background After the produced liquid of the offshore platform is treated, qualified crude oil is delivered out, and oily sewage is discharged after reaching the standard. The oily sewage is generally subjected to two-stage separation treatment. The first stage separation of the oily sewage is completed in a production separator, and the second stage separation is completed in a hydrocyclone, an air floatation tank or walnut shell and other devices. The produced liquid is subjected to oil-water separation in a production separator according to the density difference, and water at the outlet of the separator enters a second-stage separation. In order to reduce the water treatment load of the second stage separation, the produced liquid needs to be separated in a production separator with high efficiency, and the oil content of a water outlet is reduced. Offshore platforms are typically filled with a scavenger prior to production of the separator to assist in rapid separation of the oil from water. The water content of offshore oil fields gradually rises along with the increase of the mining years, and at present, the water content of part of oil fields reaches more than 97%. In order to stabilize the production and increase the yield of offshore oil fields, new wells are continuously opened, the liquid yield is increased, the water treatment capacity of a platform is increased, and the residence time of oily sewage in a production separator is shortened. At present, effective oil-water separation cannot be performed in a short time by using a water scavenger. In view of this, there is a need to develop a clear water product for rapid oil-water separation.
