Description

Environment-friendly steel slag asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of asphalt mixtures, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly steel slag asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. Background Along with the rapid development of road engineering construction in China, the demand of asphalt mixture serving as a pavement core material is continuously increased. Meanwhile, the steel industry generates a large amount of steel slag solid waste, the piling occupies land, pollutes water and soil environment, and the recycling utilization becomes an important direction of green development of the industry. The steel slag has the excellent characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, high compressive strength and the like, can be used as asphalt mixture aggregate to replace part of natural stone, realizes the industrial solid waste digestion, reduces the pavement material cost and has obvious economic and environmental protection values. However, the steel slag still has two major core technical bottlenecks for asphalt pavement, and the large-scale engineering application of the steel slag is severely limited, wherein the steel slag contains free calcium oxide and free magnesium oxide, and the steel slag is continuously hydrated when meeting water to generate volume expansion, so that later-stage swelling, cracking and loosening of asphalt mixture are easily caused, and the service life of the pavement is greatly shortened. The steel slag surface is loose and porous, has strong hydrophilicity, has low wettability and bonding strength with asphalt, and the asphalt film is easy to peel off under the coupling effect of the running load and the water environment, and the mixture is easy to generate diseases such as water damage, scattering, fatigue cracking and the like. The prior art adopts basalt fiber, stabilizer and other components to improve the comprehensive performance of the mixture. However, the surface inertia of the common basalt fiber is strong, the bonding force with asphalt interface is weak, interface slip and debonding are easy to occur, and the reinforcing effect is limited. The conventional steel slag modifier can simply fill pores, has poor water blocking stability and long-lasting expansion inhibiting effect, is easy to crack and bulge in the later stage, and is difficult to simultaneously meet the comprehensive requirements of high-temperature rut resistance, low-temperature crack resistance, water damage resistance, fatigue resistance and long-term volume stability. Therefore, the development of the environment-friendly steel slag asphalt mixture capable of synchronously realizing steel slag stabilization, strong combination of fiber-asphalt interface and remarkable improvement of comprehensive road performance of the mixture solves the contradiction between solid waste recycling and pavement durability, and becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the fields of road engineering and new materials. Disclosure of Invention The first aim of the invention is to provide an environment-friendly steel slag asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture has excellent low-temperature crack resistance, fatigue resistance and high-temperature stability, meets the rutting resistance requirement, can improve the bonding and compatibility of steel slag and asphalt interfaces, ensures the stability of the mixture and prolongs the service life of a pavement. The second aim of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the environment-friendly steel slag asphalt mixture. The preparation process is simple and convenient, does not need complex equipment, has reasonable raw material proportion and strong operability, is convenient for industrialized popularization, and is suitable for various highway asphalt pavement projects. In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: An environment-friendly steel slag asphalt mixture is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 5-10 parts of SBS modified asphalt, 50-60 parts of steel slag, 10-15 parts of fine aggregate, 5-10 parts of mineral powder, 5-10 parts of a steel slag stabilizer and 0.5-1 part of a reinforcing agent; the preparation process of the reinforcing agent comprises the following steps: (1) Cleaning basalt fibers, adding the basalt fibers into an acidic solution, soaking the basalt fibers, and taking out the basalt fibers to obtain pretreated basalt fibers; (2) Adding the basalt fiber pretreated in the step (1) into a mixed solution of ethanol and water containing a silane coupling agent, standing for treatment, and drying to obtain basalt fiber modified by the silane coupling agent; (3) Mixing 2-methyl-4-pentene-2-alcohol and itaconic acid, heating and stirring, adding basalt fiber modified by a silane coupling agent, DMF and AIBN, and continuing heating reaction to obtain the reinfor
