A method for culturing and raising plantain leaf echium is characterized by comprising the following steps of taking plantain leaf echium seedlings, and periodically spraying the nutrient solution according to any one of claims 1-5 on the plantain leaf echium seedlings for culturing, so that the cultured plantain leaf echium seedlings are obtained.
