CN-122010763-A - High-thermal-stability perfluoropolyether derivative, preparation method thereof, nano coating composition and application thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a high-thermal-stability perfluoropolyether derivative, a preparation method thereof, a nano coating composition and application thereof. The shielding effect of fluorine atoms on highly polarized fluorocarbon bonds on the perfluoropolyether main chain on the carbon-carbon main chain is utilized, so that the skeleton main chain is not easily damaged, and the perfluoropolyether derivative has excellent chemical stability and high temperature resistance; meanwhile, because fluorine atoms have stronger electronegativity, make interaction force among the perfluoro polyether molecules smaller, therefore possess extremely low surface tension and good hydrophobic oleophobic performance, have high optical transparency and good adhesion and durability when forming the nano-coating.

Description
High-thermal-stability perfluoropolyether derivative, preparation method thereof, nano coating composition and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a high-thermal-stability perfluoropolyether derivative, a preparation method thereof, a nano coating composition and application thereof. Background The perfluoro polyether is a high molecular compound with main chain composed of carbon, oxygen and fluorine atoms, has low surface energy, good chemical inertness and higher thermal stability, and is commonly used as a lubricant and a surface treating agent. Plastic materials such as Polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and the like are widely used in the fields of electronics, automobiles, packaging, optical devices and the like because of their light weight, easy processing, low cost and the like. However, such plastics have a relatively high surface energy and are susceptible to contamination by liquids such as water and oils, which can affect their appearance and performance. Therefore, the method provides stable and durable hydrophobic and even super-hydrophobic properties for the plastic surface, and has important practical significance. In the prior art, the adhesion force between the perfluoropolyether and the substrate is often enhanced by introducing a silane group or other polar groups at the end of the perfluoropolyether. However, the modification method has the following problems that firstly, the thermal stability of the modified perfluoropolyether is reduced, the application of the modified perfluoropolyether in a scene requiring higher temperature resistance is limited, secondly, the formed coating is endowed with the hydrophobic property of a substrate and simultaneously damages the original high light transmittance of the plastic substrate, and thirdly, the coating with a single composition is difficult to realize wide and excellent hydrophobic effect aiming at different types of plastic substrates. Accordingly, the prior art is still in need of improvement and development. Disclosure of Invention In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a perfluoropolyether derivative with high thermal stability, a preparation method thereof, a nano coating composition and application thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the thermal stability of the prior modified perfluoropolyether is low and the original high light transmittance of a plastic substrate is damaged. The high-heat-stability perfluoropolyether derivative is characterized in that R is alkylene of C 4-C8. A process for the preparation of a perfluoropolyether derivative of high thermal stability comprising the steps of: modifying the tail end of K-type perfluoropolyether acyl fluoride in inert atmosphere to obtain perfluoropolyether-carboxylic acid and perfluoropolyether- (ether bond-containing) carboxylic acid; mixing the perfluoropolyether-carboxylic acid and the perfluoropolyether- (ether bond-containing) carboxylic acid with an amino alkane compound and an organic solvent, and carrying out amidation reaction to obtain a reaction product; and (3) carrying out post-treatment on the reaction product to obtain the perfluoropolyether derivative.
