Abstract
The invention relates to a water-soluble ultraviolet absorbent 4-disubstituted aminobenzylidene camphorsulfonic acid and a synthesis method and application thereof, wherein the synthesis method comprises the following steps of heating and refluxing camphorsulfonic acid and 2 equivalents of sodium methoxide in a toluene-methanol mixed solvent to react, slowly dripping corresponding 4-disubstituted aminobenzaldehyde solution with equal molar quantity of camphorsulfonic acid after enolization conversion is completed, continuously heating and stirring to react for 6-12 h, adding water to terminate the reaction, acidifying the reaction solution by using hydrochloric acid or sulfonic acid type cation exchange resin, separating and removing toluene, regulating pH value to about 6.5 by using water phase, decompressing, steaming and dehydrating, extracting crude products by a conventional method, purifying by column chromatography, and obtaining the target products.

- 1.4-Disubstituted aminobenzylidene camphorsulfonic acid, which is structurally characterized by the following: Wherein R 1 、R 2 is methyl, ethyl or phenyl.

The method for synthesizing 4-disubstituted aminobenzylidene camphorsulfonic acid according to claim 1 comprises the steps of heating and refluxing camphorsulfonic acid and 2 equivalents of sodium methoxide in a toluene-methanol mixed solvent, slowly dropwise adding 4-disubstituted aminobenzaldehyde solution with equal molar weight of camphorsulfonic acid after enolization conversion is completed, continuously heating and stirring for reaction for 6-12 hours after the 4-disubstituted aminobenzaldehyde solution is added, adding water for terminating reaction, acidifying the reaction solution by using hydrochloric acid or sulfonic acid type cation exchange resin, separating and removing toluene, regulating the pH value of an aqueous phase to 6.5+/-0.5, and performing column chromatography purification after decompression, rotary evaporation and dehydration to obtain a target product.
