CN-122011103-A - Polypeptide and application thereof in preparation of wrinkle-removing products
Abstract
The invention discloses a polypeptide and application thereof in preparation of wrinkle-removing products, and belongs to the technical field of polypeptides. The amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is ELDDLAER. The polypeptide can promote fibroblast proliferation and promote fibroblast to secrete collagen for use in the related cosmetic field, and can be used as a fibroblast proliferation promoter to promote the in vitro culture of the fibroblast, so that more raw materials are provided for scientific research and application in the fibroblast and experimental field thereof. The invention has good practical application value, which not only lays a foundation for research and resource development of sea-intestine products, but also provides a new idea for development and utilization of future marine biological resources.

Description
Polypeptide and application thereof in preparation of wrinkle-removing products Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of polypeptides, and particularly relates to a polypeptide and application thereof in preparation of wrinkle-removing products. Background The disclosure of this background section is only intended to increase the understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to those of ordinary skill in the art. With the improvement of the consumption level of residents and the acceleration of the aging process of population, the market demand of anti-aging skin care products is obviously increased, and particularly, compact anti-wrinkle products aiming at the problems of skin relaxation, wrinkle formation and the like become industry focuses. The core mechanisms of skin aging are the degradation of dermal structures, including reduced numbers of fibroblasts, reduced collagen synthesis and degradation of the elastic fiber network, resulting in reduced skin thickness and reduced barrier function. Although the current anti-wrinkle components are various (such as acids, growth factors, antioxidants, etc.), most of the anti-wrinkle components have the limitations of poor permeability, unstable activity, single acting target point, and the like. For example, conventional antioxidant components such as vitamin C are susceptible to inactivation, while collagen supplementation is difficult to transdermally absorb due to excessive molecular weight, resulting in limited effectiveness. Therefore, development of a novel active ingredient having a multi-target effect, high stability and good transdermal property has become an urgent need in the industry. Marine biological resources have become a new direction for the development of anti-wrinkle ingredients in recent years due to their unique biological activity and environmental suitability. The sea intestine (urechis unicinctus) body wall is rich in collagen, polyunsaturated fatty acid and bioactive peptide, and researches show that the extract has the potential of strengthening deficiency, reducing blood fat and promoting tissue repair. However, the prior art remains blank for the application of the sea intestine in the field of skin care products, and the extraction, purification and efficacy verification of the active ingredients thereof face significant challenges, such as inactivation of the sea intestine active substances (e.g. peptides) by environmental factors (temperature, pH). Therefore, the separation and extraction of the product from the sea intestine has important significance for developing new-generation anti-wrinkle skin care products. Disclosure of Invention In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a polypeptide and application thereof in preparing a wrinkle-removing product, and the polypeptide provided by the invention can promote fibroblast proliferation and promote collagen secretion, and has the effects of removing wrinkles and delaying aging. In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: in a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. In a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a method of producing a polypeptide according to the first aspect, comprising coupling according to a peptide sequence to obtain the polypeptide. Preferably, the coupling comprises coupling one by one or coupling in stages, and is made by solid phase synthesis and/or liquid phase synthesis. In a third aspect, the invention provides the use of a polypeptide according to the first aspect in at least one of the following; a1 Preparing a product that promotes fibroblast proliferation; a2 Preparing a product that promotes collagen secretion by fibroblasts; a3 Preparing a wrinkle-removing product; a4 Preparing a product for delaying skin aging.
