Description

Acrylate super-black deepening agent emulsion for superfine denier polyester, and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the technical field of textile chemicals, and particularly relates to an acrylate super-black deepening agent emulsion of superfine denier polyester, a preparation method and application thereof. Background The superfine denier polyester is widely applied to the fields of high-grade clothing, home textile, decorative fabrics and the like by virtue of the excellent characteristics of fine fineness, large specific surface area, soft hand feeling, good drapability and the like. However, since the specific surface area of the ultra-fine denier polyester is far larger than that of the conventional polyester, the problems of high dye adsorption rate, low fixation rate, difficult improvement of blackness value, poor dyeing uniformity and the like exist in the dyeing process. The traditional deepening treatment method mainly comprises two categories, namely that the black master batch is prepared by adding inorganic pigments such as carbon black and the like for pre-spinning coloring, but the method is easy to cause brittle fiber breakage, difficult to spin and difficult to control blackness uniformity, and the other category is that conventional deepening agents such as polysiloxanes and polyurethane deepening agents are used after dyeing, but the pertinence of the deepening agents to superfine denier polyester is insufficient, the deepening effect is limited (the typical blackness value lifting amplitude is less than or equal to 10 percent), and the problems of hard handfeel, reduced color fastness and the like are easy to occur. In order to solve the above problems, some improvements have been proposed in the prior art. For example, chinese patent CN108588555A discloses a polyester fabric deepening agent, which is prepared by using epoxy resin and polyetheramine as main raw materials through an amine curing reaction, and can improve the blackness of polyester fabric, but the deepening agent has poor adaptability to the specific surface area of ultra-fine denier polyester, and the rubbing fastness of the deepened fabric can only reach 3 levels, which is difficult to meet the requirements of high-grade fabrics. Chinese patent CN110257443B discloses a fluorine-containing modified polyurethane deepening agent, which improves the binding force between the deepening agent and polyester by introducing fluorine atoms, but the cost of fluorine-containing monomers used in the preparation process is high, and the existence of fluorine elements may potentially affect the environment, thus limiting the large-scale application of the fluorine-containing modified polyurethane deepening agent. Therefore, the development of the acrylic ester deepening agent which is specific to the characteristics of the ultra-fine denier polyester, has the super-black deepening effect (the blackness value lifting amplitude is more than or equal to 30 percent), is excellent in dyeing fastness (the rubbing fastness is more than or equal to 4 grade), is controllable in cost and environment-friendly, and becomes a research hot spot and urgent need in the field of current textile chemicals. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects of limited deepening effect, poor color fastness and high cost of a deepening agent for superfine denier polyester in the prior art, and provides an acrylate super-black deepening agent for superfine denier polyester and a preparation method thereof. The deepening agent can form firm combination with the surface of the ultra-fine denier polyester fiber through the synergistic effect of specific monomers, the blackness value and the dyeing fastness of the fiber are obviously improved, and meanwhile, soft hand feeling and good physical and mechanical properties of the fabric are maintained. In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: An acrylic ester super black deepening agent emulsion for ultra-fine denier polyester, Methyl methacrylate, isobutyl methacrylate and allyl methacrylate are used as reaction monomers, N-methylolacrylamide and diacetone acrylamide are used as functional monomers, tween-40/hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride nonionic/cationic compound emulsifier is adopted, azo diisobutylamidine hydrochloride (V-50) is used as an initiator, the emulsion is prepared by a semicontinuous seed emulsion polymerization process, the particle size of the emulsion is 50-80nm, the room temperature standing stability is more than or equal to 6 months, the mass percentage of active ingredients is 25-35%, and the balance is deionized water. The weight ratio of the reaction monomers is methyl methacrylate, isobutyl methacrylate, allyl methacrylate=1.0-1.5:1:0.03-0.05, the dosage of N-methylol acrylamide and diacetone acrylamide is 4-6% of the total weight of the reaction monomers, the we
