Description
Chemical crosslinking formaldehyde-free color fixing agent for leather and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of leather chemical industry, in particular to a chemical crosslinking formaldehyde-free color fixing agent for leather and a preparation method and application thereof. Background Dyeing leather is an important process for imparting color and aesthetics to leather. The reactive dye has complete color spectrum and bright color, and has wide application in leather dyeing. However, the bonding between the reactive dye and the leather fiber is not completely firm, and under the external effects of humidity, heat, friction or perspiration, part of the dye may be desorbed, detached or migrate from the fiber, resulting in color fading, staining of other objects or color change, which is collectively called poor color fastness. In order to improve the color fastness, the color fixing treatment becomes an indispensable subsequent key step in dyeing and finishing leather. The color fixing agent is a functional leather chemical auxiliary agent, and has the core function of enhancing the binding force between the dye and the fiber through a physical or chemical mode so as to more firmly lock the dye on the fiber. The conventional fixing agent has widely used formaldehyde or its derivative as a crosslinking component, and although the fixing effect is remarkable, free formaldehyde may be released during storage or use of the product, which causes harm to human health and environment, and has been gradually limited and eliminated by the market. Later-developed formaldehyde-free fixing agents, such as polyamine-epichlorohydrin polycondensates, while avoiding formaldehyde problems, may produce by-products such as dichloropropanol during the synthesis that are severely restricted by environmental regulations, as well as facing export barriers. The current mainstream environment-friendly formaldehyde-free fixing agents are mostly polycation type, and are combined with anionic dye through cationic charge, so that the environment-friendly formaldehyde-free fixing agents are friendly to the environment, but when the environment-friendly formaldehyde-free fixing agents are applied to leather products with extremely high requirements on performances such as wet rubbing resistance and yellowing resistance, the comprehensive fixing effect is still improved. Therefore, the development of the novel formaldehyde-free color fixing agent which can meet strict environmental protection standards and comprehensively improve various fastness properties of leather dyeing has important significance for promoting green and high-quality development of leather industry. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a chemical crosslinking formaldehyde-free color fixing agent for leather, a preparation method and application thereof, and solves the technical problem that the existing color fixing agent for leather is difficult to combine in environmental protection (such as formaldehyde or limited byproducts) and color fixing performance (particularly wet rub resistance and yellowing resistance). In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the invention provides a preparation method of a chemical crosslinking formaldehyde-free color fixing agent for leather, which comprises the following steps: Preparing an amine prepolymer, mixing an organic amine compound, glycidyl ether and water, and performing a first heating reaction under the protection of inert gas to obtain the amine prepolymer; and (3) preparing a color fixing agent, mixing a cationic monomer, acrylic ester, the amine prepolymer and water, performing second heating under the protection of inert gas, and then adding an initiator to perform polymerization reaction to obtain the chemical crosslinking formaldehyde-free color fixing agent for leather.
