Abstract
The invention relates to an aromatic ring and aliphatic ring containing long carbon chain transparent polyamide copolymer material which comprises the following raw materials of binary acid, diamine, a catalyst, a nucleating agent and deionized water, wherein the binary acid comprises 10-90% of aromatic binary acid and 10-90% of long carbon chain binary acid by mole fraction, the diamine comprises 10-82% of alicyclic diamine and 18-90% of long carbon chain diamine by mole fraction, the molar ratio of the binary acid to the diamine is 1:1-1.02, the mass of the catalyst is 0.3-0.5% of the total mass of the binary acid and the diamine, the mass of the nucleating agent is 0.3-0.5% of the total mass of the binary acid and the diamine, and the mass of the deionized water is 50-200% of the total mass of the binary acid and the diamine. According to the invention, the monomer with a cyclic structure is introduced into the main chain, the regularity of nylon molecular chains is destroyed, the hydrogen bond and the crystallinity are reduced, amorphous nylon is obtained, the crystallinity is reduced or fine crystals are formed, and the light transmittance, namely the transmittance, is increased, so that the transparency of the obtained transparent polyamide material is improved.

- 1. The aromatic ring and aliphatic ring containing long carbon chain transparent polyamide copolymer material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials of binary acid, diamine, catalyst, nucleating agent and deionized water, wherein the binary acid comprises 10-90% of aromatic binary acid and 10-90% of long carbon chain binary acid in mole fraction, the diamine comprises 10-82% of alicyclic diamine and 18-90% of long carbon chain diamine in mole fraction, the mole ratio of the binary acid to the diamine is 1:1-1.02, the mass of the catalyst is 0.3-0.5% of the total mass of the binary acid and the diamine, the mass of the nucleating agent is 0.3-0.5% of the total mass of the binary acid and the diamine, and the mass of the deionized water is 50-200% of the total mass of the binary acid and the diamine.

The transparent polyamide copolymer material with long carbon chains containing aromatic rings and aliphatic rings according to claim 1, wherein the aromatic dibasic acid is one of 1, 3-phthalic acid and 2, 6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, the long carbon chain dibasic acid is one of dodecane diacid, sebacic acid and tetradecanediacid, the alicyclic diamine is one of 1, 3-cyclohexanediamine, 3 '-dimethyl-4, 4' -diaminodicyclohexylmethane and 1, 3-bis (aminomethyl) cyclohexane, and the long carbon chain diamine is one of decanediamine, dodecane diamine and tetradecanediamine.

The aromatic ring and aliphatic ring containing long carbon chain transparent polyamide copolymer material according to claim 1, wherein the catalyst is a combination of one or more of sodium hypophosphite, sodium phosphite, potassium hypophosphite and magnesium hypophosphite and stannous chloride, and the mass of the stannous chloride is 0.1-0.2% of the total mass of the dibasic acid and the diamine.
- 4. The aromatic ring and alicyclic ring containing long carbon chain transparent polyamide copolymer material according to claim 1, wherein the nucleating agent is one of calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, silica, titanium dioxide and talcum powder.

A method for preparing the aromatic ring and alicyclic ring-containing long carbon chain transparent polyamide copolymer material according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of: (1) Taking materials according to a formula, adding the materials into a high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, keeping the pressure of 0.1-0.5 MPa in an inert atmosphere, heating to 70-90 ℃ while stirring, and reacting for 2-3 hours to form polyamide salt, wherein the stirring speed is 150-250 r/min; (2) Continuously heating and stirring until the pressure reaches 1.5-2.0 MPa, then enabling the high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle to be in a constant pressure state by releasing a solvent system, keeping the temperature in the high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle for 2-3 hours after the temperature in the high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle is continuously increased to 250-280 ℃, then releasing pressure to be in a normal pressure state within 1.5-2 hours, reducing the stirring speed to 10-50 r/min, keeping the temperature at 250-280 ℃ for 1-2 hours, keeping the temperature unchanged, vacuumizing to-0.1 MPa, keeping the temperature at 1 h, and discharging to obtain a finished product.
- 6. The method for producing a transparent polyamide copolymer material having long carbon chains containing aromatic rings and aliphatic rings according to claim 5, wherein the inert gas in the inert atmosphere is one of nitrogen, argon or helium.

Aromatic ring and alicyclic ring containing long carbon chain transparent polyamide copolymer material and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of polymers, and particularly relates to a transparent polyamide copolymer material containing aromatic rings and aliphatic rings and a preparation method thereof. Background Polyamide, also known as nylon, is a thermoplastic polymer that contains amide (-CO-NH-) repeat units in its backbone. Polyamides have many excellent properties such as high crystallinity, high surface hardness, abrasion resistance, small friction coefficient, self-lubricity, shock absorption, noise damping, and the like. In recent years, with the rapid development of industries such as electronic appliances, new energy automobiles, LEDs, etc., the demand for applying polyamide materials to high-performance products in the market has greatly increased, particularly high-performance polyamide materials. However, different polyamide polymers have different properties and obvious advantages and disadvantages, so in order to obtain polyamide materials with more excellent properties, the polyamide materials are generally subjected to physical or chemical modification to achieve better use effects. The copolymerization of polyamides is a common chemical modification method, and materials with expected properties are obtained by selecting proper comonomers according to the chemical structure of the target polymer through molecular structure design. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a transparent polyamide copolymer material containing aromatic rings and aliphatic rings and long carbon chains. The invention also provides a preparation method of the transparent polyamide copolymer material containing the aromatic ring and the aliphatic ring and the long carbon chain. According to the invention, the monomer with a cyclic structure is introduced into the main chain, the regularity of nylon molecular chains is destroyed, the hydrogen bond and the crystallinity are reduced, amorphous nylon is obtained, the crystallinity is reduced or fine crystals are formed, and the light transmittance, namely the transmittance, is increased, so that the transparency of the obtained transparent polyamide material containing naphthalene is improved.
