The total time of impregnating coagulator, impregnating sizing material, sizing material and flushing is controlled to be only 30-65s by adopting the method, the preparation time is effectively shortened, the prepared washing glove has no glue penetration and leakage phenomenon, the abrasion resistance can reach more than 8000 revolutions, and the abrasion resistance grade can reach 4 grades according to EN388 test.

  3. 3. The method for preparing the water-washable glove according to claim 2, wherein the surfactant is at least one of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, and disodium sulfosuccinate monoester.
  4. 4. The method for producing a water-washable glove according to claim 2, wherein the thickener is at least one of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium starch phosphate, and methylcellulose.

The method for producing a glove according to claim 1, wherein in step a, the coagulant is a mixture of at least one of calcium nitrate, acetic acid, carbonic acid, zinc chloride, and calcium chloride with an alcohol; the mass concentration of at least one of calcium nitrate, acetic acid, carbonic acid, zinc chloride and calcium chloride is 5-20%; the alcohol is at least one selected from methanol and ethanol.
  7. 7. The method for preparing the water-washable glove according to claim 1, wherein in the step B, the glove blank is woven by one or more of strong PE fiber, nylon fiber, polyester fiber and spandex fiber according to any one of 13 needles, 15 needles, 18 needles and 21 needles.
