The invention further improves the tensile strength of the low-temperature thermoplastic film by increasing the addition amount of the epoxy triglyceride while reducing the softening temperature of the low-temperature thermoplastic film.

- 1. The production method of the low-temperature thermoplastic film is characterized by comprising the following steps of: s1, uniformly mixing 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 11.7-12.2 parts of di-n-octyl phthalate, 3.5-4 parts of epoxy triglyceride, 8.5-9 parts of stabilizer, 1.2-1.5 parts of thiosalicylic acid modified chlorinated paraffin and 1.5-1.8 parts of ethylene bis-stearamide according to parts by weight to obtain a mixture; s2, putting the mixture obtained in the step S1 into a double-screw extruder, and extruding and granulating to obtain granules; S3, putting the granules obtained in the step S2 into an injection molding machine, and performing injection molding to obtain the low-temperature thermoplastic film.

The method for producing a low-temperature thermoplastic film according to claim 1, wherein the method for producing the thiosalicylic acid-modified chlorinated paraffin is as follows: A1, adding 480-510 parts of acetone and 50 parts of chlorinated paraffin into a reactor according to parts by weight, stirring and dissolving, adding 37-42 parts of thiosalicylic acid and 42-45 parts of potassium carbonate, and reacting under the protection of inert gas to obtain a reactant; A2, extracting the reactant obtained in the step A1 by using ethanol, and then carrying out vacuum drying to obtain an extraction material; and A3, pouring the extract obtained in the step A2 into tetrahydrofuran, adjusting the pH value to 4-4.2, pouring into ethanol for extraction, and then drying in vacuum to obtain the finished product.

- 6. The method of producing a low temperature thermoplastic film according to claim 1, wherein in S1, the stabilizer comprises a complex lead salt, stearic acid, zinc stearate and calcium stearate, and the mass ratio of the four is (4.5-5) 1:1 (1.5-2).

Background In the past, gypsum fixing materials have been widely used in clinical treatment scenes such as fracture, orthopedics, and the like because of their certain shaping ability and relatively simple use modes. Among the polymer fixing materials, low-temperature thermoplastic polymer resin materials have emerged as important materials in various clinical environments due to their excellent properties. The low-temperature thermoplastic polymer resin material has good plasticity, can become soft and easy to shape at relatively low temperature, and can be accurately molded into a required shape by medical staff according to the specific illness state and body part characteristics of a patient, so that stable and fitting support is provided for fracture or parts needing to be corrected. In addition to applications in the fields of fracture and orthopedics, low temperature thermoplastic polymer resin materials have also shown unique value in radiotherapy.
