The invention realizes balanced promotion of the adhesive tape primer strength, wear resistance and fatigue resistance through the collaborative design and controllable process of the fiber-filler-auxiliary agent system, and provides a reliable material solution for a high-load transmission system.

The high-load type transmission adhesive tape primer is characterized by comprising, by weight, 100 parts of neoprene, 10-15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fibers, 5-8 parts of reinforcing fibers, 30-50 parts of composite filler, 2.5-4.0 parts of silane coupling agent, 4-9 parts of metal oxide, 7-10 parts of functional auxiliary agents and 5-8 parts of tear-resistant resin.
- 2. The high load type transmission adhesive tape primer according to claim 1, wherein the polyvinyl alcohol fiber is MM-1 type and has a diameter of 2-3MM.
- 3. The high load transmission tape primer according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcing fiber is at least one selected from nylon fiber and aramid fiber, and has an elastic modulus of 100-200GPa.
- 4. The high-load type transmission adhesive tape primer according to claim 1, wherein the composite filler is formed by mixing EDS type white carbon black and N330 type carbon black according to a weight ratio of 1:2.
