Abstract
The invention provides a fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The fluorine-free halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene composition comprises, by weight, 56-70 parts of a first polypropylene resin, 6-12 parts of a second polypropylene resin, 24-28 parts of a compound flame retardant and 0.2-2 parts of a co-agent, wherein the tangent value tg delta of the second polypropylene resin is less than or equal to 2 when the frequency of the second polypropylene resin is 0.1Hz at 180 ℃, and the compound flame retardant comprises a piperazine flame retardant, a melamine salt flame retardant and a phosphines/phosphates flame retardant. According to the invention, a small amount of specific second polypropylene resin is added into the polypropylene resin, and the compound flame retardant and the active auxiliary agent are added, so that the prepared fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition has good flame retardant property and mechanical property, and good processability.

- 1. - 3. The fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of piperazine flame retardant, melamine salt flame retardant and phosphines/phosphates flame retardant in the compound flame retardant is (1.4-2.2): 1 (0.3-0.6).

A fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the piperazine based flame retardant comprises one or more of piperazine phosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate or piperazine polyphosphate, the melamine salt flame retardant comprises melamine pyrophosphate flame retardant and/or melamine polyphosphate flame retardant, and the phosphines/phosphates flame retardant comprises one or more of aluminum hypophosphite, calcium hypophosphite or aluminum diethylphosphinate.

The fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition according to claim 1, wherein the second polypropylene resin has a tangent tg delta of 0.8 to 1.8 at a frequency of 0.1Hz at 180 ℃, preferably the second polypropylene resin has a tangent tg delta of 1.0 to 1.6 at a frequency of 0.1Hz at 180 ℃.

The fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition according to claim 1, wherein the melt flow rate of the polypropylene resin at 230 ℃ under a load of 2.16kg is not less than 28g/10min, preferably the melt flow rate of the polypropylene resin at 230 ℃ under a load of 2.16kg is 30-70 g/10min.
- 7. The fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition according to claim 1, further comprising 0.5-2 parts of a processing aid, wherein the processing aid comprises one or more of an antioxidant, a lubricant or a toner.

A method for preparing the fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of: the components are uniformly mixed according to the proportion, and the fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition is obtained through melt extrusion and granulation.
- 9. Use of the fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 for preparing a household appliance housing material.

Fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition and preparation method and application thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a fluorine-free halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene composition, a preparation method and application thereof. Background The polypropylene resin has better impact resistance and corrosion resistance, and is widely applied to materials such as electronic appliances, automobile materials, office supplies and the like. However, polypropylene resins have the disadvantage of being flammable, being very susceptible to degradation at high temperatures, being prone to dripping with fire during combustion, and generally require the addition of fluorine-containing anti-dripping agents to address the problem of flame retardant dripping, and REACH ban aims to prohibit the manufacture, marketing and use of all perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl compounds (PFAS) in the european union.
