The PP-R pipe solves the problems of low-temperature brittleness and large linear expansion coefficient of the PP-R pipe in the prior art.

- 1. The shock-resistant PP-R pipe is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 73-85 parts of random copolymer polypropylene resin; 2-5 parts of modified zinc oxide whisker; 8-12 parts of hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer; 5-9 parts of toughening color master batch; 0.5-1 part of light stabilizer; 0.7-1.2 parts of antioxidant; the toughening color master batch comprises the following raw materials of 80-86 parts of random copolymer polypropylene resin, 0.3-0.6 part of nucleating agent, 5-10 parts of calcium carbonate, 2-4 parts of dispersing agent and 12-18 parts of pigment.

The anti-impact PP-R pipe according to claim 1, wherein the modified zinc oxide whisker is prepared by the following steps: pre-drying zinc oxide whisker at 100-120 deg.c for 2-3 hr to eliminate surface adsorbed water; Mixing stearic acid, zinc ricinoleate and ethanol solvent, heating to 60-75deg.C, and completely dissolving zinc stearate and zinc ricinoleate by ultrasonic wave to obtain mixed solution; Slowly adding zinc oxide whisker into the mixed solution in batches under the condition of 500-800r/min, continuously stirring for 30-45min at 60-70 ℃, cooling, filtering, taking out the whisker, washing with ethanol for 2-3 times, vacuum drying for 4-6h at 80-100 ℃, and sieving to obtain the modified zinc oxide whisker.
- 3. The anti-impact PP-R pipe according to claim 2, wherein the weight ratio of the zinc oxide whisker to the stearic acid to the zinc ricinoleate is 1 (5% -8%) (2% -4%).

Background The PP-R resin, namely the random copolymer polypropylene, is a random copolymer formed by copolymerizing propylene with another olefin monomer (or olefin monomers). The PP-R resin has the advantages of good high-temperature creep resistance, good combination of hardness and impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, low heat conductivity, easy processing, recycling and the like. The PP-R pipe is produced by adopting a special material of random polypropylene and adopting a single screw extruder with a special screw rod of the PP-R pipe and a special extrusion die head of the PP-R pipe in a mixing section through an extrusion molding process. The PP-R pipe has the characteristics of sanitation, no smell, heat preservation and energy conservation, and is widely applied to the transportation of cold and hot water. The PP-R pipe is used as a main flow pipe of a pipe for cold and hot water, has the problem of low-temperature brittleness, and is easy to crack when being physically impacted by external force in a cold environment, and has the problem of water leakage when being used.
