Description

Polypropylene microporous foaming injection molding material and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention belongs to the field of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a polypropylene microporous foaming injection molding material and a preparation method thereof. Background With the increasing importance of environmental protection and sustainable development worldwide, new energy automobile markets continue to expand rapidly, and a strong growth situation is presented. Under the background that global carbon emission regulations are becoming stricter, new energy automobile industry has entered into a new development stage of 'electric is the basis, intelligent is the soul, low carbonization is the responsibility, and ecology is the extension'. The light weight of the automobile is taken as an effective means for reducing carbon emission, and is highly compatible with the environment-friendly concept of the new energy automobile. The battery box cover is used as a key protection component of the power battery of the electric automobile, is an indispensable safety structural component along with the rising of new energy automobiles, and the light weight of the battery box cover is mainly realized through material optimization. At present, the battery shell is mostly made of aluminum or steel, and the weight of the composite material scheme can be reduced by about 40%, so that the battery shell becomes a feasible light-weight path. Among the plastics for vehicles, polypropylene has the advantages of low density, high cost performance, excellent heat resistance, rigidity, chemical corrosion resistance, easy processing, molding, recycling and the like, and is the plastic variety with the most wide application range and the fastest speed increase in the automotive field. Automotive polypropylene injection molded parts are a major part of the automotive plastic requirements, including battery compartment covers. Such applications require materials that have excellent high and low temperature impact toughness, rigidity, heat resistance, and aging resistance. Although the battery cover made of traditional metal materials (such as steel plates and aluminum plates) is commonly used, the battery cover is heavy, is unfavorable for energy conservation, environment protection and is easy to corrode. Therefore, a modified polypropylene battery cover having light weight, high strength and high toughness is becoming popular and shows remarkable market value. How to further improve the comprehensive performance of the modified polypropylene battery cover is a research hot spot in the field.
