Description
Tear-resistant degradable foam pad and preparation method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a tearing-resistant degradable foam pad and a preparation method thereof. Background PVC foam pad is widely applied to yoga pad, sports cushion pad, bathroom slipmat etc. fields by virtue of the outstanding advantages of low cost and excellent elasticity. However, the PVC resin itself does not have the biodegradability, so that the PVC foam pad is difficult to realize high-efficiency recycling through a conventional mode after waste gas is exhausted, and a large number of piled waste products are extremely easy to cause sustainable negative effects on ecological environments such as soil, water body and the like. In order to solve the pain point, the prior art generally adopts a technical means of introducing degradable components such as plant fibers and the like into a raw material system of the PVC foaming pad so as to reduce the adverse effect of the foaming pad on the environment. However, the PVC resin always has a problem of compatibility with the plant fiber, so that the mechanical strength of the degradable foam pad is always difficult to achieve when the plant fiber replaces part of the PVC resin. Although the prior art can improve the mechanical strength, in particular the tearing strength (36N/cm can be achieved) of the pad body by introducing the liquid nitrile rubber into the raw material system of the PVC foam pad, the tearing strength is difficult to meet the tearing strength requirements of the high-end yoga pad and the exercise pad. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide a tearing-resistant degradable foam pad and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problem that the existing degradable PVC foam pad is limited in degree of improving tearing strength. The invention provides a tearing-resistant degradable foam pad, which is prepared from, by weight, 50-60 parts of PVC resin, 30-40 parts of plant fibers, 10-15 parts of liquid nitrile rubber, 65-78 parts of filler, 72-90 parts of plasticizer, 5-7 parts of foaming agent and 2-4 parts of stabilizer, wherein the filler is a mixture of montmorillonite and light calcium carbonate. Optionally, the grain diameter of the montmorillonite is 1-5 um, and the lamellar thickness of the montmorillonite is 1-5 nm. Optionally, the weight ratio of the light calcium carbonate to the montmorillonite is (12-14) 1.
