Abstract

The invention uses a specific ternary synergistic stabilizing system as a main stabilizing function source, generates a synergistic effect through accurate molecular combination construction and proportioning control, solves the problem of phenol yellowing from the aspect of a reaction mechanism, does not use a traditional hindered phenol antioxidant on one hand, radically eliminates the main chemical origin of yellowing, overcomes the defects of poor synergistic property and insufficient environmental adaptability of a non-phenol antioxidant system on the other hand, can well inhibit the phenomenon of phenol yellowing, obtains super-strong ultraviolet yellowing resistance, gas yellowing resistance and wet heat aging resistance, ensures good compatibility with glass, and has excellent long-term color stability and environmental adaptability and comprehensive performance balance.

- 1. The anti-yellowing PVB resin is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVB resin, 0.3-1.2 parts of bisphenol A bisphosphate antioxidant, 0.2-0.8 part of thiobisphenol antioxidant, 0.4-1.0 part of NOR-HALS, 0.2-1.0 part of ultraviolet absorbent, 30-40 parts of plasticizer and 0.01-0.1 part of alkaline earth metal fatty acid salt; the mass ratio of the bisphenol A bisphosphate antioxidant to the thiobisphenol antioxidant to the NOR-HALS is 100 (40-80): 50-100.

The anti-yellowing PVB resin of claim 1 wherein the bisphenol a bisphosphate antioxidant comprises one or more of bis 2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl pentaerythritol diphosphite, PEP-36 antioxidant, and Irgafos 168 of basf; the thiobisphenol antioxidant comprises one or more of 4,4 '-thiobis (2-tertiary butyl-5-methylphenol), 2' -thiobis (4-tertiary octyl phenol) and 1790 antioxidants; The NOR-HALS comprises one or more of bis (1-octyloxy-2, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate and Tinuvin NOR 371 of Basf.

The anti-yellowing PVB resin of claim 1, wherein the anti-yellowing PVB resin further comprises one or more of a phosphite antioxidant and a lactone antioxidant; the anti-yellowing PVB resin also comprises a light stabilizer, wherein the light stabilizer is one or more of bis (1-octyloxy-2, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate and Tinuvin 123 of basf.
- 5. The anti-yellowing PVB resin of claim 1 wherein the total mass of bisphenol a bisphosphate antioxidant, thiobisphenol antioxidant, and NOR-HALS comprises greater than 90 weight percent of the total mass of all antioxidants and light stabilizers.

The method for preparing the anti-yellowing PVB resin according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: Premixing a dry PVB resin with a plasticizer to obtain a premix, mixing the premix with a bisphenol A bisphosphate antioxidant, a thiobisphenol antioxidant, NOR-HALS and an ultraviolet absorber to obtain a blend, and mixing the blend with an alkaline earth metal fatty acid salt to obtain the anti-yellowing PVB resin.
- 7. The use of the anti-yellowing PVB resin of any one of claims 1-5 or the anti-yellowing PVB resin obtained by the preparation method of claim 6 in laminated glass.
- 8. A PVB film, wherein a raw material comprises the anti-yellowing PVB resin of any one of claims 1-5 or the anti-yellowing PVB resin obtained by the preparation method of claim 6.

The method of making PVB film of claim 8 comprising the steps of: Calendaring or casting an anti-yellowing PVB resin into a sheet, wherein the anti-yellowing PVB resin is an anti-yellowing PVB resin according to any one of claims 1-5 or an anti-yellowing PVB resin obtained by the preparation method according to claim 6, so as to obtain the PVB film.
- 10. A color fidelity type laminated glass, which is characterized by comprising a PVB film and glass plates coated on two sides of the PVB film, wherein the PVB film is the PVB film according to claim 8 or the PVB film obtained by the preparation method according to claim 9.
