The modified silicone rubber composite material has excellent insulating property and good compatibility with insulating oil.

- 1. The modified silicone rubber composite material is characterized by comprising, by mass, 60 parts of methyl phenyl silicone rubber, 22-26 parts of filler, 2.2-2.6 parts of structure control agent, 0.7-0.9 part of free radical initiator and 0.12-0.42 part of 2-phenyl acrylonitrile.
- 2. The modified silicone rubber composite of claim 1, wherein said structure control agent comprises one or more of hexamethyldisilazane, hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and diphenyldihydroxysilane.
- 3. The modified silicone rubber composite of claim 1, wherein the free radical initiator comprises a vulcanizing agent; optionally, the vulcanizing agent includes one or more of di-tert-butyl peroxide, dicumyl peroxide, and 2, 4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide.
- 4. The modified silicone rubber composite according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the filler comprises white carbon black.
- 5. The preparation method of the modified silicone rubber composite material is characterized by comprising the following steps: providing a preparation raw material of the modified silicone rubber composite material according to any one of claims 1-4, and carrying out mixing treatment on the preparation raw material to obtain a premix; and vulcanizing the premix to obtain the modified silicone rubber composite material.

The method for producing a modified silicone rubber composite according to claim 5, wherein the kneading treatment comprises the steps of: carrying out open mill on the methylphenyl silicone rubber to prepare a first mixed rubber; carrying out first mixing on the first mixed rubber, the filler and the structure control agent to prepare second mixed rubber; and (3) carrying out second mixing on the second mixed rubber, the free radical initiator and the 2-phenyl acrylonitrile to prepare a premix.

The method for producing a modified silicone rubber composite according to claim 5, wherein the vulcanization treatment comprises a first vulcanization treatment and a second vulcanization treatment which are sequentially performed; The temperature of the first vulcanization treatment is 165-175 ℃, the time is 17-23 min, and the pressure is 14-15 MPa; The temperature of the second vulcanization treatment is 195-205 ℃ and the time is 3-5 h.
- 8. The method for producing a modified silicone rubber composite according to any one of claims 5 to 7, further comprising the step of leaving the vulcanized premix at room temperature for 20 to 28 hours after the vulcanization of the premix.
- 9. A sealing article comprising the modified silicone rubber composite according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or the modified silicone rubber composite produced by the method for producing a modified silicone rubber composite according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
- 10. An oil filled capacitor comprising the sealed article of claim 9.

Modified silicon rubber composite material, preparation method thereof, sealing product and oil immersed capacitor Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of silicone rubber materials, in particular to a modified silicone rubber composite material, a preparation method thereof, a sealing product and an oil-immersed capacitor. Background With the rapid development of the power system, the capacitor is taken as an important component of the power system and plays key roles of reactive power compensation, power factor correction and the like, and the reliability of the capacitor is crucial for the safe and stable operation of the whole power system. The oil-immersed capacitor is an important capacitor type with rich application scenes, and has important roles in the application fields of high voltage, long distance, large capacity and the like. The silicone rubber material has excellent elasticity, hydrophobicity and insulating property, and is widely used as a sealing insulating material of an oil-immersed capacitor. Compared with the traditional silicon rubber, the phenyl silicon rubber (PVMQ) has stronger extreme resistance and can be well suitable for manufacturing the sealing insulating material of the capacitor with more complicated service environment. The sealing insulator is used as a key component for connecting the capacitor with the outside, and the insulation reliability plays an important role in the stable operation of the capacitor. The operation condition of the oil immersed capacitor is complex, so that the sealed insulating product is required to have good insulating property, and meanwhile, the insulating oil in the oil tank is in a high-temperature state for a long time because the capacitor can generate heat in the long-term operation process, so that the requirement on the thermal stability of the sealed insulating material is also provided. In the traditional technology, the capacitor insulating oil is usually mineral oil, has the characteristics of low cost, excellent performance and the like, but also has the defects of difficult degradation, large pollution and the like. The natural ester insulating oil has almost no pollution to the environment and excellent insulating performance and safety performance, so that the natural ester insulating oil is widely applied to oil-immersed capacitors in recent years, but has the problem that the compatibility of the sealing insulating material of the capacitor and the natural ester insulating oil is poor, thereby influencing the service life and the safety of the capacitor. Disclosure of Invention Based on the above, one or more embodiments of the present application provide a modified silicone rubber composite material having good compatibility with a natural ester insulating oil, a method for preparing the same, a sealing product, and an oil-immersed capacitor. According to the first aspect of the embodiment of the application, the modified silicone rubber composite material comprises, by mass, 60 parts of methyl phenyl silicone rubber, 22-26 parts of filler, 2.2-2.6 parts of structure control agent, 0.7-0.9 part of free radical initiator and 0.12-0.42 part of 2-phenyl acrylonitrile. In one embodiment, the structure controlling agent comprises one or more of hexamethyldisilazane, hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and diphenyldihydroxysilane.
