  1. 1. The white oil-free thermoplastic elastomer composition is characterized by comprising, by weight, 20-70% of A-B-A type styrene block copolymer, 10-40% of polyolefin resin, 20-60% of halogen-free flame retardant and 0.1-10% of other additives.
  2. 2. The white oil free thermoplastic elastomer composition of claim 1, wherein the A-B-A styrenic block copolymer is SEBS.
  3. 3. The white oil-free thermoplastic elastomer composition according to claim 1, wherein the polyolefin-based resin is polypropylene or polyethylene.

Use of the white oil-free thermoplastic elastomer composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in preparing a data line product, comprising raw material preparation and mixing, injection molding, cooling and shaping, and post-treatment, wherein the injection molding process parameters comprise primary injection pressure of 50-70KG/cm < 2 >, secondary pressure maintaining pressure of 15-35KG/cm < 2 >, total injection pressure of 80-100KG/cm < 2 >, upper temperature section of a charging barrel of 180-200 ℃, middle section of 185-205 ℃ and lower section of 190-210 ℃.
