The invention discloses a preparation method of benzidine yellow with light resistance, high coverage and high tinting strength, which comprises the steps of S1 preparing benzidine yellow pigment raw materials through coupling reaction, S2 adding the benzidine yellow pigment raw materials, pigment dispersion synergistic agent and ultraviolet protective agent into an organic solvent, fully stirring and uniformly mixing, slowly heating to 100-110 ℃, stirring and preserving heat for 2-3 hours, then slowly heating to 120-125 ℃, stirring and preserving heat for 1-2 hours, slowly heating to 130-150 ℃, stirring and preserving heat for 6-8 hours, cooling reactants to room temperature, filtering, washing a filter cake, and drying, wherein the adding amount of the pigment dispersion synergistic agent is 0.1-10% and the adding amount of the ultraviolet protective agent is 1-10% based on the dry powder mass of the adding amount of the benzidine yellow pigment raw materials. The benzidine yellow pigment prepared by the invention has obvious hiding power, good light resistance and slightly improved tinting strength.

- 1. A preparation method of benzidine yellow with light resistance, high coverage and high tinting strength is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1, preparing a benzidine yellow pigment raw material through a coupling reaction; S2, adding the benzidine yellow pigment raw material obtained in the step S1, a pigment dispersion synergistic agent and an ultraviolet protective agent into an organic solvent, fully stirring and uniformly mixing, slowly heating to 100-110 ℃, stirring and preserving heat for 2-3 hours, then slowly heating to 120-125 ℃, stirring and preserving heat for 1-2 hours, slowly heating to 130-150 ℃, stirring and preserving heat for 6-8 hours, cooling a reactant to room temperature, filtering, washing a filter cake, and drying to obtain the benzidine yellow pigment with light resistance, high coverage and high tinting strength; Wherein, the addition amount of the pigment dispersion synergist is 0.1-10% and the addition amount of the ultraviolet protective agent is 1-10% based on the mass of dry powder added by benzidine yellow pigment raw material.

- 3. The process for preparing light-fast, high-hiding and high-tinting-strength benzidine yellow as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pigment-dispersion synergist is a sulfonate derivative of pigment yellow 12.

The process for producing a light-resistant, high-hiding, high-tinting-strength benzidine yellow as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pigment dispersion synergist is an adduct of sodium pigment yellow 12 sulfonate and an alkyl quaternary ammonium salt or an adduct of sodium pigment yellow 12 sulfonate and a polymeric amine.

The method for producing a light-fast, high-hiding, high-tinting strength benzidine yellow as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pigment dispersion synergist is one of an adduct of sodium pigment yellow 12 sulfonate and N, N-dimethyl quaternary ammonium salt, an adduct of sodium pigment yellow 12 sulfonate and didecyl dimethyl quaternary ammonium salt, and an adduct of sodium pigment yellow 12 sulfonate and dibutyl dimethyl quaternary ammonium salt.
- 6. The method for preparing benzidine yellow with light resistance, high coverage and high tinting strength according to claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet protecting agent is C1-C22 carbon chain alkyl organic amine or polyether, polyester and polyurethane with molecular weight in 200.

The method for producing benzidine yellow with high light resistance, high hiding power and high coloring power according to claim 6, wherein the ultraviolet protecting agent is one of octadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine, hexadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine, dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine, butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane, octyl methoxycinnamate and octyl salicylate.

The method for preparing the benzidine yellow with light resistance, high coverage and high tinting strength according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent is one or more of methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, N-propanol, N-butanol, amyl alcohol, acetone, butanone, xylene, alkylbenzene, chlorobenzene, dichlorobenzene, dichlorotoluene, N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide, diethylformamide, ethylene glycol, dimethoxyethane, ethylene glycol diethyl ether and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether.

The method for preparing benzidine yellow with light resistance, high coverage and high tinting strength according to claim 1, wherein the addition amount of the pigment dispersion synergist is 1-5% of the mass of the dry powder of the addition amount of the benzidine yellow pigment raw material.
