Description

Reactive red dye composition and dye product Technical Field The invention relates to an active red dye composition, in particular to an active red dye composition and a dye product suitable for printing and dyeing nitrogen-containing and/or hydroxyl-containing fiber materials. Background Reactive dyes are widely used for dyeing cotton fabrics because of their bright color and low cost. However, in urban water (chlorine-containing disinfectant) environment, the "chlorine fastness" (Chlorine Fastness) of the reactive dye is often a short plate, so that the clothes turn yellow or fade after washing, and the vinyl sulfone type reactive dye is usually used for dyeing cellulose fiber materials, but the color fastness of orange red to reddish orange fabrics dyed by the azo type reactive dye is generally lower, the color change phenomenon caused by dyeing often occurs, and the requirement of high color fastness of medium-high grade fabrics cannot be well met. It was therefore an object of the present invention to find new and improved reactive dyes, in particular red reactive dyes, which can be used for dyeing and printing fibre materials to meet the medium-to-high market printing and dyeing requirements. Disclosure of Invention The inventor provides an active red dye composition through an optimal design, which has the characteristics of water resistance, friction resistance, excellent chlorine fastness and the like, and is suitable for printing and dyeing of nitrogen-containing and/or hydroxyl-containing fiber materials and blended fabrics thereof. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: The invention provides a reactive red dye composition, which comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is at least one of dye compounds shown in a formula (I), the component B is at least one of dye compounds shown in a formula (II), the mass percentage of the component A is 5-50%, the mass percentage of the component B is 50-95%, In formula (I): R 1 is C 1~C4 alkyl, R 2、R3 are each independently H, C 1~C4 alkyl, C 1~C4 alkoxy or sulfonate, M 1、M2 is H or an alkali metal, X 1 is halogen, Y 1 is-ch=ch 2 or-CH 2CH2OSO3M4, and M 4 is H or an alkali metal; in formula (II): R 4、R5 is each independently H, C 1~C4 alkyl, C 1~C4 alkoxy or sulfonate, R 6 is H or C 1~C4 alkyl, X 2 is halogen, R 7、R8 is each independently H, C 1~C4 alkyl, C 1~C4 alkoxy or sulfonate, Y 2 is-ch=ch 2 or-CH 2CH2OSO3M5, and M 5 is H or an alkali metal. In the invention, the C 1~C4 alkyl can be methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl and the like, and the C 1~C4 alkoxy can be methoxy, ethoxy, n-propoxy, isopropoxy, n-butoxy, isobutoxy, tert-butoxy and the like. Further, R 1 is methyl or ethyl, and R 2、R3 are each independently hydrogen, methyl, methoxy or a sulfonic acid group. Further, R 6 is H, methyl, ethyl or hydroxyethyl. Further, each R 4、R5、R7、R8 is independently H, methyl, methoxy, or sulfonate. Further, the reactive red dye composition consists of a component A and a component B. Specifically, the component A is preferably at least one dye compound shown in the following formulas (I-1) to (I-8) or alkali metal salt thereof: Specifically, the component B is preferably at least one dye compound shown in the following formulas (II-1) to (II-10) or alkali metal salt thereof: The reactive red dye compositions according to the invention, the dye compounds (I) to (II) used are all publicly reported dyes, and can be synthesized by methods described in the literature, for example by using suitable components known to the person skilled in the art and using the necessary proportions by means of customary diazotisation, coupling and condensation reactions. In addition, in the reactive red dye composition of the present invention, the dye component may be an alkali metal salt, preferably, the alkali metal salt is a sodium salt or a potassium salt. It is clear to the person skilled in the art that the dye compounds in the free acid form and the dye compounds in the alkali metal salt form (e.g. sodium salt, potassium salt, etc.) have substantially the same dyeing properties, and that the structural formula of each single-color dye compound is generally defined in the free acid form, whereas in the actual synthesis process, the preparation and isolation is generally carried out in the alkali metal salt form (e.g. sodium salt or potassium salt) and also in the salt form for dyeing, as is well known to the person skilled in the art. The reactive red dye composition of the present invention is prepared by mixing the dye components in the above-mentioned proportions, and the mixing may be performed by a conventional mechanical means such as a mill, kneader or homogenizer, during which the individual dye compounds may exist in the form of powder, granule, aqueous solution or synthetic solution, and when the individual dye compounds are blended in the form of synthetic sol
